Love this coffee shop but they consistently mess up my orders. Pretty crazy things too like not steaming the for a latte. At this point, I feel like I'm wasting my money coming here.
Whole place was dirty, overflowing trashcans and dirty tables. Overheard workers talk shtt after a customer asked her Coffee be remade. Coffee wasnt great.

It’s a coffee roaster that doesn’t tell you the roast level of coffee they sell. All coffees have artistic description but nothing on wether it’s light medium or dark roast and the staff looked at me like I had two heads when I asked what the roast levels were of the coffee they sell in 1 pound bags. Seems like if you’re sourcing and roasting your coffee you should know what roast level your coffee is.
This business goes thru its ups & downs, seems like just when good staff starts to get things going a few leave, then it struggles again. I've had super experiences w/staff but then I've also had a 45min wait for a bagel where I was the only one there and the staff didn't care. Their bakery items are generally excellent, the sandwiches are also excellent. Wait times can be brutally long when college is in session.
I normally make this my go to stop when visiting my parents. Ordered a Vietnamese Toasted Coconut Cream, brought in my reusable travel mug. Couldn’t even fit my lid back on it because it was overfilled with ice, barely any cold brew. Had to throw a handful of ice out to get the lid back on, very disappointed. Won’t be coming back to this location anymore.
Love their cheese Danish! Nice place to get a coffee and a sandwich. My favorite is the Northampton Veggie
Good company, great coffee (the coconut is addictive...), delicious and affordable breakfast sandwiches made all day long... Made fast and accurately *most* of the time. Hadley and Shelburne locations good, Greenfield not so much - quality control on sandwiches and more not so good there, and location smaller, less charming, not appealing. At Hadley location they readily replaced a mis-made order and gave refund for another. They'll teach novices about coffee drink types, and create a drink based on what you describe.

Great atmosphere. Employees were so kind. Love the music + vibe. Not to mention that the coffee and food is amazing. Had the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich and it was both fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend.
