This is my favorite drive-thru coffee place! The workers are all so nice and friendly, and the coffee smoothy is delicious!
ETA: today I was approached by the assistant manager about my review…. She assured me that they heard my review and made it right. They informed me of a new training thing they implemented. I told her that the last 5 or so times the coffee has been PERFECT! She apologized for the previous mess ups and even gave me 4 free coffee poker chips! This is the best customer service I could’ve asked for. If you want a GREAT cup of coffee I recommend 10/10!!! I absolutely love Rise Up coffee above all else…. When it’s made right. I’m having more and more issues with the drinks not being made correctly or consistently. I paid almost $7 for my coffee, asked for 2 x shots of espresso…. Well this isn’t the first time that I can tell there were no extra shots. I spend a lot of money here and I’m disappointed that their quality control isn’t better. Half the time there’s little to no foam in my coffee. Which is one of my fave parts of a latte. I’m not one to want to go back and complain. So I don’t. And I just drink my expensive coffee even when it’s made wrong. Idk what to do here. I’m not gonna complain cuz I hate being that person but someone needs to be held accountable for who’s making these drinks. If it’s a new employee than someone needs to be watching and making sure they are sending out quality. When people are paying upwards of $6-$8 for a cup of coffee, it needs to be made right. I understand an occasional mess up, but I go to rise up anywhere from several times a week to several times a month. The drink always tastes different and it’s not got foam or the extra espresso too often for the price. Please do better rise up. If it keeps being bad like this I’m just gonna have to go someplace else. It’s worth the money when you get what you pay for, not when you don’t. At all. This review has been a long time coming. I’ve always wanted to give y’all an awesome review, but I can’t do that until y’all get back to awesome coffee at least 80% of the time.
My favorite coffee of all time. I visit here a few times a year when in town for family and I always take a bag of coffee home with me.
Great coffee! I love that they make their prices so that it comes out to nice even numbers when the add in tax! As a math teacher this makes me happy! Just know this place is so good that you will likely have to wait in a line to get the coffee! But that's a sign of how good it is, right?

Not much of a coffee drinker but I stop by here for some hot chocolate sometimes. Honestly, it’s pretty inconsistent. It’s never been downright bad though.
Best coffee in town. I stop in for coffee 5 days a week and will never take for granted the craftsmanship of those workers! House roast is good, nitro cold brew is top notch, and they're tea options are pretty diverse if you are not in the mood for coffee

10/10 super delicious! Got the iced chai latte with oat milk highly recommend. The people were super warm and welcoming. Definitely want to come again! The only thing is that i wish that the drive thru lane was bigger so that one doesn’t have to be in the road but i cant be helped.
