Very nice
Great donuts. The outside looks like an abandoned building though.
Donuts good as always. But what in the world has happened to this location? Went there this afternoon and was shocked to see the lobby “permanently closed” and the property all grown up and in need of major landscaping. There was a wooden pallet sitting nonchalantly on the sidewalk by the drive thru. I’m still dumbfounded. I don’t often get donuts but I was just there back in October getting donuts inside, and to behold all this just months later is a shock. This was such a nice location with great ambiance inside, was such a better alternative to the 100 other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area, and to see it like this is honestly kind of heartbreaking. I hope they’re not on the verge of closing up. Seems like the central Delmarva area can never keep nice things.
The outside looked like it was vacant. If I didn't see cars there, I would assume it was closed down. Employees were nice. My donuts tasted old. 3/5 for that reason.
The service was horrible. I was in the drive thru for ten minutes waiting. Their property is in need of a landscaper. It’s so bad I thought they were closed.
Krispy Kreme is Krispy Kreme. Only drive through was open.
April 2023. Ewwww! Store inside not open and the outside was so nasty looking. Drive thru only and the menu board was half broke weeds and tall unattended. Just looked very uninviting. Disgusting so we decided not to take a chance in getting donuts. So sad! November 2. 022. Staff was friendly and the kids loved the Halloween donuts.
Krispy krack donuts....always good stuff.

Wouldn’t stop here unless you want some stale donuts. Unless you catch the “hot” sign and go for just plain glazed, I’d be careful because you might get home with 6 STALE and DISGUSTING Reese’s donuts.
Unfortunately the consistency of the “Hot Light” & the ability to order the “availability” of the doughnuts on the app absolutely suck recently! This location is a Gold Mine for KK since it’s the only one on all of Delmarva except the New Castle location! We have traveled a half hour drive several times for false advertising of both of the above. The doughnuts are good but they’re not even serving customers in the store…drive thru only this year so far & the associate today said they are focusing on serving Walmart & ROFO locations near them! Unbelievable!!!! We came during hot light today on purpose and didn’t get hot doughnuts! Sooooo sad!
Stopped by at 7:30. Hot light was on. Drove from Delaware to get hot doughnuts. But the young girls working said 40 minute wait for hot doughnuts. I could’ve just went to Royal farms for that matter
Their hot white was on and they didn’t have hot donuts for another 40 minutes we ordered three dozen expecting hot donuts and got cold glaze donuts. If I wanted cold donuts I’d go to royal farms. This is bs and a disappointment. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.
Hours say they open at 6 so I stood at the door til 615 trying to pick up a large order for work. I finally asked a delivery guy what time they opened and he said it was drive through only. When I get to the drive through my order is still not ready and I have to wait even longer.
Awesome donuts nice employee's
Went twice this week to try to get donuts for my kids and they would not answer at drive thru or come to the window... very weird. I called and they answered and told me they were open, I told them I was in the drive thru and they hung up... weird. Not going there again.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I’m in from out of town, and was really looking forward to experiencing Kristy Kreme! We ordered a dozen assorted doughnuts through the drive through. This location states the dining area is permanently closed. For $15, all but 3 of the doughnuts are stale. The only doughnut that were editable, were the original glazed. Below, you will see photos of the custard crème, with no cream at all. Such a disappointment. Don’t waste your time here, go to Dunkin.
Horrible Customer service. Lobby hardly ever open any more.
