Nice outdoor tables, food served, clean bathroom, friendly staff. The cinnamon toast crunch seasonal latte is delicious 😋

Nice, compact coffee shop with a food truck in the back. The taste of the coffee is better than bigger franchises, but doesn't quite come close to the quality I've found at Ceremony. But that's fine. The staff are fast, friendly, and really welcoming. Food truck breakfast burrito is my jam. This place vibes.

Gosh, it's expensive! But the Iced Latte (no added flavors) is so refreshing! And the multi-grain muffins are excellent.

I love Rise Up. Although a tight space, it's an excellent spot to drop in and grab a deliciously brewed coffee! Their lattes are always expertly crafted, their drip coffee is delicious, and don't forget to order from Mad Eggs - insanely good food!

OK, so let's start with great coffee and service! The place isn't foo-foo at all. Very basic with 2 seater tables. They sell their coffee, and it takes up a bit of room along one window. They offer some food and there's a food truck in the back. But back to the coffee... the two visits there, the wait for our order was short. They move very efficiently behind the counter. And we stayed at the Holiday Inn. Seriously, a 2ish minute walk, so wonderful convenience!! Two more days for us to enjoy...i encourage you to do the same.

This artwork was too cool to not post. Small coffee shop, but worth the long line. Medium latte has 2 shots of espresso, but small only has 1 shot. Plenty of syrups and sever sugar free options. Seasonal options looked intriguing (cinnamon toast crunch). We also tried a small frozen matcha. Once ordered, they had plenty of people working so it came quickly. Would absolutely return.

They have good coffee flavor. I’m a coffee expert myself. Grew up in a family that owns restaurants and coffee shop. I can tell you they have the best coffe flavors. They know how to roast their coffee! It is really chocolaty flavor and roasted medium. Best coffee best

One of the best caps I've had in the county, but sometimes just ~3/5. Never bad, and sometimes fantastic. Food offerings are always good, but it is usually busy so order ahead or expect the wait.

Rise up is my favorite pre-work coffee shop in Annapolis. Love that they now carry food. Ordering online has been easy since way before Covid with them, I’ve always placed my order and picked it up on the go. Parking lot is kinda tiny, but in the mornings, you can usually get a spot on the melting pot side. Coffee smoothies are great if you’re a frappe kind of person, but be aware the powder they use contains dairy (even if you get it with oat milk). I usually just get a latte if I want the same flavor without the lactose exposure.

Rise Up often hits the mark for affordable coffee drinks that are normally cheaper and flavorful than your average national coffee chain. Their espresso and blended drinks are a must-try when you're in Central Maryland. Their Mad Eggs joint (food provider between 6AM-3PM) is often hit or miss though. While it's good, the food is too expensive for a casual morning pick-up, especially for those who are on a budget. A bacon, egg and cheese sandwich would run you up about $10 -- it is way cheaper to buy a bagel with butter or cream cheese spread. Knowing that this is a local business with young interns, I tend to excuse normal hiccups, like missing tots or a small amount of coffee grounds in my drink (Yes, both happened to me last visit). Although it's unwanted, it doesn't subtract from a lot of my experiences, as accidents like these happen too far in-between. Also, I've seen a lot of reviews talking about the "politics" of this store. There are none, and are most likely talking about the Pride flag outside their store or their practice of fair trade ingredients. These ideologies aren't forced at all, and is not that deep. If you're visiting Maryland or just live local, this place is a must-try for anyone who loves coffee.

Stopped by their location inside the Annapolis Marketplace and got the Banana Coffee Smoothie with oat milk and a chocolate muffin. Both the coffee and muffin were delicious! And the service was amazing too! 10/10 recommend.

This coffee shop has always been a vibe. Their dirty chai is definitely in the top 10 of my list. Their customer service at this location and all the other locations has always been chill and friendly. Love chatting with the team. Cinnamon rolls as scrumptious and breakfast food always fills me up! 👌🏻🔥

(This is really a 5 star review) Service was very nice, prompt, friendly, helpful. The end result (cortado) was also very tasty. The missing star is that a cortado and macchiato are different but here they are the same. I likely am being too critical. Great selection of roasted beans from a variety of locations. Ask for the tasting notes information sheet because the packaging does not specify. Will return.

Friendly local coffee shop. Made a great skim latte but has all the usual hot and cold drink choices. Also great breakfast sandwiches from Mad Eggs Express - they are waiting in a warmer right next to the register so no wait.
