One of my favourite coffee houses
I've been coming here on and off for over 10 years and it's by far my favorite PJs location. I live and work closer to other locations but go out of my way to drive here. Everyone is always nice, they have delicious foods that no other location has, and I've never had a bad experience here. I'm actually leaving this review finally because this morning there was an issue with the pastry I ordered and I went back and let them know. They not only gave me a new one but took all of that type of pastry out of the case to make sure they didn't have the same issue. I'm sure the staff probably don't read these but if you do: y'all are genuinely the highlight of my morning most days and you're all lovely!
Love this location! Everyone is always super nice and very efficient. Theron is an absolute icon and I love when I go and he’s working!
The coffee’s weren’t bad but I definitely think this location should get an oven. I ordered a ham, egg, and cheese croissant which I’m not 100% sure if it was refrigerated or not. It was in the same pastry case as the other non refrigerated items which was strange. When I asked for it to be warmed, it was thrown in a microwave for 10 seconds and came out chewy. Coffee was good but wouldn’t recommend getting pastries from this location.

The baristas are always friendly and welcoming. They remember your drink after a couple visits and you leave feeling great. Thank you!
I love this PJ's. It's near my house, it's rarely busy in the middle of the day, and the staff are excellent.
Employee responded promptly upon entering, and the coffee product was delicious. Will return in the near future.
I know there’s a staff shortage so the wait time isn’t even a factor in my star rating. They openly told us they gave us a mocha from a customer previously who drove off, which, meant it was watered down and not made to order. With that being said, I basically got a watery chocolate milk in ice. And the hot regular pour over coffee, was filled completely to the brim; which nobody wants with hundred degree liquids.
I actually live in Florida but visit my parents who live nearby, and I have to say this is THE NICEST team that works at this PJs. It is a joy to get my coffee and/or pastries here. Tori and Melissa are top notch--Always super friendly and know my order when they see me. The one who I believe is the manager is also a really nice guy! PJs best location by far :)

Great staff good coffee and fast
They seemed very distracted while we were ordering. Ordered an iced Americano and it was served hot when the mistake was realized they just poured it over ice. I have gotten an iced latte at several other locations (with coconut milk) and it’s been great. Here it barely tastes like coffee. I threw it away which was a waste of money. I’ll probably stick to the locations I frequent more often because PJs is typically my favorite New Orleans coffee spot.
