Pros: Good drinks with a variety of syrups to choose from, cute latte art, clean area, friendly staff, and aesthetic decor. Cons: There's not a lot seating. I've had to leave because of how full they are. Evolve is a very cozy place to study and be productive. They're located in an outlet on Veterans and W. Esplanade so it's a busy location. Hopefully they'll expand soon or open another cafe with a bigger space! 5/5 stars :)

Yet another coffee shop where you over pay for coffee that taste’s like something you can make at home. Nothing special or unique about this place. Rude service. Terrible parking

Slow service
Nice place, right next to the causeway. Good coffee, you can taste a lot of flavor in the coffee, not over roasted, nice people.
High quality, fun atmosphere, clean
Great espresso, kind staff. Comfortable little coffee shop and they have King Cake flavored latte. 🤔 If you like excellent, robust, and dark roast, this is your place.

Fave local coffee shop in metairie! Great atmosphere for studying or coffee catch ups with friends.
The cashier was super nice in helping me pick a drink for the first time. The drink was good but I am not so much of a matcha fan. However, that is not the cafe’s fault so I would go here again to try something new.
Excellent coffee and baristas
The worker was super sweet and offered to help explain the menu if needed. The iced latte was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Next time I’ll try the matcha! It looks really good.

Bought two black drip coffees "medium" they did not have dark roast. One came out astringent, bright flavor medium roast. The other came out decent for a medium. Almost got beat by the hotel Starbucks machine. It might have been "chicory coffee", if so, you shouldn't use a root/weed as a coffee bean substitute, not a great idea.
