Great coffee shop! Would definitely recommend whenever in Bowling Green.
2023 and still loving Spencer's! Still getting my one love mocha frappe! I'm not typically a coffee drinker, but I LOVE Spencer's coffee and food. I love the atmosphere and the people as well. Both locations are always a nice place to relax in. But my favorite place for doing some work is the one on the square, because it has bigger tables and places to plug in.
Always great coffee and atmosphere. I did miss local art on the walls.

Amazing coffee (and I'm super picky-former barista for 4 years/make my own at home still). Didn't try any food, but I'll be back! Parking was a challenge but it's a busy square and just after school.

I've been here many times, and even briefly worked here in the past. The environment is so friendly, and the food is very fresh and flavorful. I enjoy how every season there are new menu items, and the coffee itself always warms my heart and feels so comforting. Again, having worked here in the past, I can also vouch for the quality of the food and the love behind it. The atmosphere of the restaurant itself is also always very welcoming. If you'd like to support a local business, I'd 100% recommend Spencer's Coffee any day.❤️
Great little gem in downtown Bowling Green that is more than just a great coffee shop. The food is absolutely delish. This will become a regular stop when visiting our daughter at WKU.
So busy, I knew the coffee would be great. The employee were friendly.
The staff was kind and helpful, and made our order (7 coffees!) quickly and deliciously. The coffee was delicious, and I've got a pretty high bar on coffee.
I visited the downtown BG location and I am super pleased with the service that I received today! This was my first time trying this restaurant and I saw online that they had one of my absolute favorites, the white chicken chili! To say it is good, would be just an understatement. It was not only tasty but it was meaty and seasoned to absolute perfection. I also got the Country Club sandwich with the original flavored kettle chips that they offer, and it was everything. It was like every ingredient was either freshly cut or fresh from a garden. I will definitely be going back and have already told my friends about it. The cashier that helped me was so friendly, I really enjoyed my experience! Awesome Job :)
Spencer’s is gives a warm welcome when you walk in. The coffee is always 5 stars and the food is just as good! I really want a Spencer beanie!

Edit: While working on a shop remodel downtown I discovered the Cuban. This coffee is freaking amazing. I make special trips in to get them when I can now. Great atmosphere and great coffee. Each time I've gone the coffee has been spot on. I don't add cream or sugar, just drink it straight brewed. They are doing something good with their coffee here. I've tried a different blend each time and have not been disappointed. Staff is great and know what they're doing. Love the tables by the way. The rustic nail company did great job on those for you guys. The chocolate chip cookie was awesome too. I usually go later in the evning while out on date nights so I don't know how busy it gets during the day but at night it is the perfect level of busy for me. Some people hanging out and others come in and go just as quick. I'll keep coming back for more coffee and for sure chocolate chip cookies. Going to have to try the other goods too. Thanks for the awesome coffee yallz!
Got coffee and so many goodies!! Love their zucchini bread. Also had blueberry muffins, chocolate chip, granola bar. Service there is so nice and friendly. Will definitely return!!
Spencer's is a great space to grab a coffee, sit with your laptop, eat, fellowship or just look out the window. I enjoyed my meal and the vibe of the place. My lunch sandwich was pretty good and the Thai lentil soup was fantastic. Lots of pastries to choose from of which I got a chocolate chip cookie that I found kind of dense but was edible. Overall a very nice experience that I recommend giving a try!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Me and my assistance dog Simba are tornado survivors. I suffer from PTSD. The manager of this place couldn’t see my disability and decided to ask me to wait outside. I replied sorry no me and my assistance animal are just waiting for our free coffee I ordered (this was all a few weeks after the tornadoes)The manager of the place told me to wait outside or show him my papers for Simba that I had lost in the tornadoes. I attempted to explain this but, they proceeded to call the police because I was irate and raising my voice. I left before things escalated further. Trash place.
