Employees were friendly, however forgot my whip and caramel topping. The coffee was super bitter and the syrups left a bad taste in my mouth. Asked for light on the ice and still got half a cup of ice. I wanted to like this place but unfortunately not my preferred cup of coffee.
Randomly found this little coffee shop. Super friendly, great coffee, and laid back atmosphere. Will definitely stop by again before leave the area.
Upgraded coffee! I like how they co-promote local businesses, using Ridley's Roasthouse Coffee brewed beans (the ONLY beans roasted in southcentral Kentucky) , Mary Jane's Chocolates, and other local shops. Stopped for lunch: love the chicken salad, the cinnamon rolls, and The Zookeeper sandwich. Their newest addition is the brownie pop; my grandkids LOVE them so much, they want them instead of a birthday cake!
I was extremely happy that i made a stop at Providence coffee!! The service was amazing, family owned so I met lots of their children working hard, patient, great with answering questions, and the coffee was so yummy it made getting back on the road even better!!! 🥳😇🥰 I would totally come back when drive through again
Coffee was good. Muffin was DRY!
The person who I talked to on the phone was SO kind and polite.
Great coffee and friendly staff!
Loved the atmosphere and all it had to offer. Great place and would definitely go again.
Favorite place to eat in the mornings.
Love the coffee! Great place to work and relax
Such a sweet business! The food was amazing and the staff were super informed and provided excellent service! Will definitely be telling friends about this place and will be coming back!
Probably my favorite coffee spot I have ever been to in my time traveling the states, the customer service is amazing and you get your food and drinks out fast. Best baristas!
The place is amazing and the feel is at ease.
The best food and atmosphere! Everyone was so friendly! We will be regulars now 🥰
I was severely underwhelmed the first time I came here. I went back today (with no notice) and was greeted by friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere with soft music. The iced mocha is a perfect balance of sweet and bitter. The brownie stuffed cookie is to die for tbh. They are a small business that also sells other items, such as jam and decor, from local merchants. I assume I just went here on a bad day the first time, which happens. I have updated my review and I do recommend trying them out. #supportlocal
The cold coffee is my all time favorite! Not sickeningly sweet like many are!
Was awesome, great staff who seemed like family or atleast know how to workas a team for the great good. Always yes or I'll go look attitude and gratitude given by each staff I encounter. Being from Canada meeting such nice people was a plus, Kentucky as a whole seems to have just amazing people everywhere
Best coffee in Bowling Green! Family oriented and great staff.
Family owned and run. Most enjoyable experience interacting with this family of all ages. A very good cup of coffee as well.
They have the best black coffee ever! I love their s'mores Frappuccino too.
