Well im here in Lawrence, Ks checking out this boba milk tea spot. Well the service was great. The card reader failed unfortunately. Now if you see that they have crepes. That's wrong and they haven't sold them for a year. This is what I was coming for. 😔 Moving on lol. They have a wide range of coffee, Thai tea, brown sugar, milk tea and fruit tea. 😋 Now the decor has a nice vibe upfront is great. But I loved what I got.
The workers are always so nice and the environment is great. Plus the boba tea is delicious!
I really like this place but I was taken aback when the person taking my order only had a bra on today (2/13/2023). I don't mind when people express themselves and dress how they want but that was over the line in my opinion and very distasteful.
This is the best place to get bubble tea. Definitely try the taro milk tea. It's my favorite. The staff is awesome, knowledgeable and helpful.
Lots of flavors to choose from! If you like to try new and unique flavor combos, it’s a must try! Very good!
Mango cloud smoothie was really nice. Fast, friendly service, very willing to explain product to someone who had never stepped foot inside before. Will definitely return.

I came in shortly after the store opened, the staff is very friendly and they had very tasty recommendations. The decor is very cute and cozy. All in all a great place to study and have good Boba. I recommend the Thai Milk tea if you're comming in for the first time.
the drinks here are usually great, but last time i went i got a roasted oolong milk tea with regular sugar/ice and it just didn't have as much flavor as usual. boba had good texture but the sweetness just wasn't there. same with the milk tea itself. still a great place though.
Delicious boba, I get their secret menu Coconut Ceylon milk tea, with pudding. Make sure to get 120% sweet with regular ice!

This boba shop was AMAZING! I love their panda milk tea. It kinda tastes like iced coffee tho. My friend got the matcha milk tea and she loved it too. The thing with my boba is the boba pearls are very chewy and sadly I couldn't get the popping boba pearls :( but otherwise, I rate this 5 stars!
I absolutely love this place. Their decorations are so cute. They have so many different options on their menu I can't wait to try. Over all for sure my favorite place and would come again.
They are amazing. The drinks and sweets are always fantastic. The customer service is top notch and the BTS cup sleeve events are super organized, as well as fun.
one of the best boba places in lawrence! the workers are always really kind and down for a conversation. i love their drinks and they always hit. i am a big fan of the taiyaki but i wish it was in stock more often - but thats not the fault of the workers at all and they always communicate shortages and stuff very well. very nice atmosphere with a lot of place to study and just sit down. love it here!
House of Cha is good, but this is better. Amazing Tea and a good variety. Also very friendly and quick! Update: dropping a star. Wouldn't take a phone order 20 minutes before close. I get it's close, but you're still open..
So disappointed! I had never had a drink where regular ice still meant more half the cup would basically be ice! Never come back!
My friends and I went to this establishment to get some boba tea and a white worker with glasses and brown hair there told us they were out of brown sugar boba. This was not a problem and my friend asked if she could still order some of the milk tea, to which the same worker gave an attitude towards her as he answered yes. This made us all really uncomfortable, and as she was ordering he proceeded to continue giving her an intense attitude that made us feel unwelcome. This caught us off guard as they were not about to close anytime soon, but the worker acted as though he did not want to do his job and that we should've left. He did not ask my other friend and I if we wanted anything and left after he made our friends' tea, to which she stated wasn't made well and lacked flavor. The environment this worker provided during our visit was completely unacceptable and made it to where we do not want to return if this worker is present. The coworker that was with him was very nice though, and we appreciated his kindness after the other worker left.
I wish I could give this place a 0, but that's not possible so i give it a 1. We got to the location and were told that they had ran out of boba balls. I still wanted tea without the balls so I ordered one. upon asking, the white man with glasses and brown hair working there gave me attitude and aggressively swiveled the screen to pay around. He seemed like he didn't want to serve us, even though we were there within business hours and wasn't close to closing. I felt so uncomfortable and unwanted there. I will not be returning if he's working there. The tea that he made for me also lacked flavor and was the worst tea I had from this establishment. (his coworker was very kind though and this rating is mainly towards the rude person.)
I rarely leave poor reviews anywhere. But I just went to try this place because my usual bubble tea spot is far from my house and sad to say I'm honestly disappointed. I really loved the atmosphere in the place and it seems very cute and friendly but when I walked in I wasn't even greeted by either of the two employees that were there. I greeted them myself when I got to the counter and the person who charged my card was snippy and barely said a word to me. I felt really uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's an honest shame I had this experience because I don't want to go back. If the employees were nice to me when I came in I would probably feel differently.
