The best brunch in Lawrence KS! Has all the traditional brunch fare, and some out of the box items as well...all with a green chili 🌶️ twist!

We all loved our food! The posole was especially good. They roast their own chiles, and all the food shows the same love. Laid- back, neighborhood atmosphere. One of my favorites in Lawrence.

There might be other vegan items on the menu that are good, but unfortunately the breakfast scramble was a bit small and very bland — it tasted like it hadn’t been seasoned at all, and it didn’t come with anything to compensate for the lack of flavor, like salsa. Otherwise the restaurant seemed nice — might have to try another dish sometime.

It's busy but they get you in fairly quickly. Excellent southwestern and south American fare.

Cute little place for breakfast/lunch, really liked how they had different types of breakfast/lunch items around the world. To the food, mine was like a soup consistency, topped with potatoes and eggs?! Like why is the breakfast bowl liquidy. Recommend the good morning smoothie though that was good. Otherwise don’t recommend

Decent breakfast options. If you like egg based breakfast then it won't disappoint you. I had the breakfast burrito, which was served differently than I imagined it'd be. They do reservations if you call an hour before you head to them. That's how I got a table for 8 available.

Good stuff. Also love the way they help give lunch bags to the homeless people on the weekends!!!

Hands down the worst food in Lawrence run by a manager with a bad attitude to match. The meals I tried were grossly under seasoned and made with low quality ingredients nearing inedible. I was unhappy with my initial meal (the New Mexican Enchiladas which had virtually no cheese, were colder than room temperature, and made with frozen fajita chicken) and had barely touched it so my waitress asked if she could get me something different. I went with the Global Quesadilla which was drowned in a pool of what they claim is “green chile sauce” and I picked around what I could because I was hungry (see the photo of slop attached for reference). When I went to pay, the manager tried to charge me for the meal I sent back in addition to the replacement meal and argued with me about why I felt it was inappropriate to expect a customer to pay for a dish they sent back. She passive aggressively said “I guess I’ll just ring it up as a donation meal” as if I was robbing the homeless for refusing to pay for a meal I didn’t eat. Seriously skip this place if you expect positive customer service and a half decent meal.

A fresh take on breakfast. It's always my go to answer when someone asks where to get breakfast. Everyone I've taken here has remarked how good the food is without being prompted. Very rarely has there been a wait time to get seated.

I like the fresh local produce. Good food. Tried the pancakes, the cinnamon and vanilla was a nice touch.
