You need to focus on the customers that are in the building and not just on your mobile orders
Bad review, if I could give no stars I would. I ordered online and showed up 5 mins after it said it would be done, it took and additional 15 mins. before we received our pick up order. Then the food was overcooked so bad that it was dry. Very disappointed customer.
Busy as always and the staff was efficient and effectively getting out orders. Food was delicious! Bagel had that right amount of chew
Ridiculous that they have no seating when they have such a large restaurant. There was a crackhead inside as well. I will not be bringing my business here.
Just came from there- waited 45 minutes (in total) for two plain bagels with CC on the side. I would have left (like two groups of three did while I waited) but my daughter wasn’t feeling well and wanted to get her a bagel for her stomach. So many issues: - Only three people working when they clearly need double that to accommodate both mobile/ doordash & walk ins - because of this they should either put a hold on mobile orders (like Starbucks does) or a sign on door saying only taking mobile orders - three women behind me decided to instead order via mobile & got their food before me is another reason their “system” is completely archaic & doesn’t work.
Gave me the wrong stuff and wouldn't even refund me....
It was very aggressive homeless African-American guy sitting in the cafeteria, who tried to grab my very expensive violin. The owner was supposed to call the police. I was getting breakfast with a famous Ukrainian violinist Vladislava Luchenko who performed at the Lied Center the day before. She was shocked. Me too
I placed a mobile order and went in before the food was done to ask them to add extra sauce because that’s not an option on the app. No workers acknowledged me as I was in line and addressed the people next to me. The food was poorly assembled and was super messy, and as it must be the new usual, the sandwich had little to no sauce. This place used to be great. What happened?
Good price point, quick, friendly and efficient for the time. Worth a visit!
We used to go here a lot back when Steve was the manager. Ever since he left, though, the place has gone downhill. I'm not saying EB was perfect while Steve was there, we still got a few bad orders, but the amount of cold/incorrect orders we've gotten since he left has skyrocketed. Picking up what was supposed to be a hot macchiato, getting there early before the pickup was ready, watching them set it on the counter, and then realizing it was, no joke, bone-cold, was what finally did it for us, combined with an equally bone-cold sandwich. The cheese wasn't even melted on it. We loved EB because the coffee and sandwiches were a great treat occasionally for us, and convenient to where we live/work, but we've been burned too many times now. It's almost every time we go that things are wrong or cold.
Excellent bagels and shmear
Small portions and the location on Mass street in Lawrence is still " playing pandemic" with the lack of dine in
Not much better to cure your hangover then a bagel made your way from the Bros. Don't know what I'd do without y'all!
Bagels are good, but horrible customer service. They messed up my order and the lady working was extremely hostile and was borderline verbally abusive when I asked her to fix it. I will not be back.
Good food. Need more seating
Yea! Real chocolate chips in my bagel.
Do not go for Dine in! There is no dine in.
I wish they’d put those chairs but the service was great.
Food was great, little over priced though.
Wish they would open up their indoor seating area. App would not offer 1/2 price bagels this morning, but thrilled original coffee is back. Fingers crossed Winter Blend comes back this December.
