Ordered a chicked salad croissant got a turkey croissant guy just said sorry. Didn't offer to do anything about it. I'm from out of town and stay at the hotel next door because of this place. May need to reconsider next time 😕

Each time I visit I've had nothing but amazing customer service. The coffee & food I order follows the service I've received. Staff is always happy to welcome you either in the store or the drivethrough. Great place to bring your laptop & work as well or catch up with friends.
Coffee is decent, but the service is pretty awful. 10 minutes for two black iced coffees. We even got offered the order for the car behind us before the other girl was starting to make our drinks.

The GM (Reese) at this store defends racist behavior that happens from one employee to another. I’m just telling the truth. She also doesn’t schedule them fairly (2-5 hours a week), takes all the shifts, and picks favorites. Alexa and Reese need to be fired. The employees deserve to be treated more fairly. Other than that the food and drinks are good xoxo
It took FOREVER to get the food and come to find out that the two skinny kids were just talking to each other over their headsets the whole time. The food was cold and terrible. Get it together please.
Coffee always tastes burnt. Sandwiches are usually cold. Just went today and got a iced latte with a hair in it, asked them to remake it. They did and gave me a smaller size than what I actually paid for so I asked them to remake it again. Sadly will not be returning.
Always love the coffee and the atmosphere! Great place to come and work for a few hours. I haven't ordered a meal here, but their baked goodies are delicious - namely their muffins, cinnamon rolls, and sugar cookies! The teacher deals on Fridays this year also are so wonderful.
6 months ago their giant cinnamon roll was just that, giant and delicious. Ordered one today and it's not giant and it's hard, and the same price. So disappointed!!! Love the staff and coffee and that's why I keep going back. But don't ever buy the ridiculously expensive cinnamon roll.
This is the same experience I have at the main location in Des Moines. I wasn't sure they had food but I was pleasantly surprised!
Ordered a decaf and got a full caff. Not a fun experience but no harm no foul I guess. Baristas were polite.
