Staff is really nice & my drinks are always delicious!
Staff are very nice, and drinks are out of this world. I love the atmosphere too. Great place to relax and decompress while sipping on a cold or hot beverage.
Ever since the new store manager Shelby came along, I think the service as well as quality of product has improved immensely.. all it takes to make it in this industry is someone who cares enough to make it a pleasant experience every time.
My favorite coffee shop in Waukee! Delicious Caribou coffee with a hometown feel. The employees are awesome and very accommodating! Love coming here!
There are currently three other coffee establishments within blocks of this Caribou location. You can see one as you are in the drive through. I am a loyal customer at this specific location because of the fabulous staff. Shelby and her entire staff are amazing. Their customer service is top tier and they call me and my puppy by name. They even have a dog treat ready as I pickup my order. I can't compliment this Waukee Caribou enough. My family is always greeted with a smile. They keep the hot things hot and my cold selections cold. They are a five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ operation.

My experiences over the last three years had been very good, especially since Shelby Johnson took over as manager, with the amazing help of Cole Berger, Anna O’Tool, Stephen, Olivia, Anna, the list goes on and on. The passion they have to satisfy customers causes a chain-reaction of success at Caribou, in Waukee. Thank you for allowing a place like this for us to enjoy!

Their coffee is to sweet for me I've tried a couple cold and hot coffees from here and unfortunately it is always too sweet.
I would not recommend this coffee shop.

Coffee used to be way better than Starbucks. But lately. Every time I order my coffee. It's hot chocolate. There is no taste of coffee. I ask for 3 shots of expresso and still tastes like hot chocolate. With a bucket of sugar on top.
Chikfila would have had 30+ cars through their drive thru in the same amount of time that this Caribou did 2 cars. It’s ridiculous! There were two cars in front of me when I pulled up, one ordering and one at the window waiting. It still took over 15 minutes in line. Unacceptable! And it’s just drinks and bagels!!!
