Honestly I should leave good reviews more often… today I was having a bad day and who im assuming is the manager just brightened my day. His energy was refreshing, and it was busy and the team was moving very fast and as a group! will always go here and recommend this location vs their drive thru on riverside
Very friendly crew working this morning. Took care of our family and our order very quickly.
The website said they closed at 7:00 p.m., we got there at 3:00 the door was open no one was around and the bagel bins were absolutely empty so we shut the door and left. My review isn't necessarily for the food Bruegger's Bagels is amazing it was just the fact that they need to make sure advertised hours are what they are
Poorly made sandwiches, terrible workflow and they were out of, Bacon,tomato,hashbrowns and Coke.

The morning staff here are always extremely friendly. Good bagel breakfast sandwiches are hard to come by in IC, but a Western from Bruegger's always hits the spot.

I go to this Bruegger's over other locations bc it's quicker & always has the cream cheese that I want in stock. Delicious bagels & Caribou Coffee all in one👍
I just order food. My first time eat here and my very last. My order was wrong and the hash browns were burnt,cold and old I wasted my freaking money🤬🤬🤬🤬

I just sat in their drive thru for 20 minutes only to be told they ONLY have cinnamon raisin bagels left. Would it be so difficult to put up a sign? What a waste of time.
Their dinning area is closed so you can't sit and eat which is very annoying
The location was conveniently close to Mercy hospital. I enjoyed the ham egg and cheese bagel i ordered and the service was quick as well.
Went to get coffee, the site says they close at 7pm, but they are closed at 6pm. Call before you actually go here.

Bagel sandwich is too salty.
Not a very vegetarian friendly store as the app or delivery service won't allow me to customize a sandwich with out meat. All sandwiches should be able to take the meat item off to make sandwiches vegetarian.

Bagels are delicious. Staff on the other hand is always rude. I come here fairly often and I always experience the staff being rude in some way or another. I have worked with customer service for years and I understand it can be stressful. Although, the way these employees treat their customers in uncalled for
I always love the different variety of bagels available here along with various options for cream spreads. Jalapeno is my favourite spread and (cinnamon & raisin) is my favourite bagel. Next comes blueberry bagel followed by everything bagel. Garlic bagel is definite no no for me 😂
