I ordered a vanilla latte at 150 degrees and it was very good. A Chocolate chip cookie and the breakfast sandwich with no cheese. Nice chill atmosphere.

Milltown was across from the hotel I am staying at. The breakfast wrap was amazing, and so was the coffee. Staff is friendly, and it was nice to sit and enjoy the meal without feeling rushed.

Friendly kind staff. They have cozy atmosphere. Coffee tastes excellent, and there's food items if you're hungry. The wrap I got was hot and tasted fresh. They brought both the latte and wrap to my table for me, and were quick to boot.

Coffee is ok… but if you see more than 1 car in the drive through keep going, even if the next coffee shop is 15 min away. They are so SLOW! Literally the slowest coffee shop I have ever been to. This isn’t like a one time thing or a certain person in particular that is slow, this is just the vibe of the place, slowness. It happens EVERY time. If they could improve their coffee and make it worth the wait, or just speed up the service I would change this review :) People are always kind, and wish I could tip them, but dang hurry up, your tip is fueling my wait in a single car line.

I needed a quiet hour or two to sit down and complete a bit of remote work before returning to my place of employment the next day. Milltown is close to my apartment, plus I've enjoyed visiting their cafe in the past. I'm pleased that this last visit was much the same. The best single word to describe the interior of Milltown is eclectic. There are some industrial/harsher architectural elements to the space, including the solid, unadorned concrete floor, the plain black ceiling area accented only by the minimally present HVAC equipment, and the mix of lighting, which includes incandescent bulbs hanging in the middle of the space from what appears to be a reclaimed wood beam of sorts, simple accent lights above the counter and shelving, but also warmer fixtures angled against the opposite wall from some wood trellising dropped from the ceiling. I include all of this for general descriptive purposes, but also to highlight that I like the general vibe overall. Upon approaching the counter, I was greeted by one of the baristas and was able to place my order quickly. On this trip I opted for a raspberry green tea and a chocolate chip cookie. I've enjoyed both in the past, and today was no different. The tea is from Adagio Teas, my favorite tea company. The cookie, though gluten free, was very soft and had some rich chocolate within. I can definitely see coming back for both in the future. I'm definitely coming back here in the future. My mechanic is right across the street, such that I can envision dropping my car off and waiting at Milltown for any needed work to be completed. Thanks for being a great part of Bettendorf, Millstone!

This coffee was amazing. The seating was wonderful, and while the location is not that amazing, the place is amazing.

A little watery, but I enjoyed the honey lavender flavoring. Cold brew w/ cream and honey lavender. My dad got caramel but you couldn't even taste it. Too much cream.

I waited in line well over 10 minutes after the car in front of me receive their order. Still would’ve been waiting if I didn’t blow my horn. I was already running behind and then I have to wait in line for 20 minutes so you can play gossip girl... not ok!! Didn’t even have time to order because I would’ve had to wait for them to make it too.

The coffee is okay but not nearly as good as it was when they only had one location open in East Moline. I don't plan to visit again, my preferred drink has caramel drizzle in it and this place doesn't even have caramel sauce to drizzle on drinks.

Love this place. Craft coffee is the way to go and Milltown does it the best, hands down.

Really like that on their menu for cappuccino they have on that it’s 2 oz of espresso to 4 oz of milk. Good to know that they make a pretty standard cap. Not a bowlful of milk with a little espresso. The space is decent. Edit: second visit in a row, weekday, this time I stayed and had a scone and drip coffee, drip is black but not acidic. The non-acidity is fantastic unlike Starbucks quite black coffee 👍👍
