I have been going to JACK'S FOR 52 years, started going in 1962 count the years.
Best donuts ever! The donuts are large and the toppings are generous. Yes, they are $1.50 each, but they are much bigger than the usual donut, making them a great value. The staff are good and the buying process is quick.
I believe Lori is the name of the employee that most frequently waits on me and I just wanted to leave her and Rodney a huge shout out for being such a friendly part of my morning caffeine routine. Coffee is the best in town and their Boba selection is delicious and varied! I stop in more than I don't during the work week and wish I could afford to do it daily.
I gave 2 stars only because service was satisfactory but I could have gotten better quality product at any grocery store. I phoned this location to speak with owners as was told to phone "office " which I did..was told owners were not in and given email address to which after submitting never even received any type of response...like owners couldt care less...time to go back to a "dunking donuts" Love how "owners " response TOTALLY IGNORED the fact that I PHONED with my(and neighbors) dissatisfied comments but was told not in & given personal email that he TOTALLY IGNORED about 48 hours before I posted internet..truth must hurt..did you think me(& neighbors) dissatisfaction didn't matter?? Shows good quality customer service no longer matters..& calling me names?? VERY "professional " NOT At least people NOW know,want Good CLASSIC,PROFESSIONAL quality product & services, go elsewhere

Out of chocolate donuts everytime I go there. Not bad alternate is the applesauce donuts.

Little shop with great and helpful staff. This was our first visit to this Jack's and my first ever eating a Jack donut. I found out about it due to 'Katina Eats Kilos' YouTube channels video post about her doing a challenge with them. The donuts did not disappoint and the amount of drink selection was surprisingly overwhelming (in a good way). We did the Jack dozen and a Tiger Tale cold coffee. There was not a single donut we didn't finish. All the donuts were delicious in their own way. We arrived after 11am and the donuts still tasted fresh. Definitely worth a try if you like donuts or want a good drink (they had more than coffee). We will be returning...maybe not to this location due to the drive (we were driving past this location), but we will definitely be visiting a Jack's donuts again.

Every time I come up from Kentucky I stop and get donuts because they are amazing
Will never understand the draw? Must be the local notoriety. Greasy smelling donuts that are not moist or flavorful. Anytime we have trekked down there to get something for the grandkids, they have always been out of more than half of our choices, no matter the time of day. How can you not track data and time charts? Often times you get some rude female who is clearly burdened with serving customers. I believe we are done trying.
