Great service. The hot chocolate is fantastic. Different area and styles of seating to have small meetings.
Went to get a coffee and a mug from the cafe, when we placed our order I placed the mug I was planning to buy on the counter and the barista asked if I would like my drink in it after washing it. I of course loved the idea and was glad the barista asked if I wanted that because it made the drink extra delicious and the lovely barista did some cute latte art. Of course, I took a picture for my Instagram too, my whole few followers needed to know about my caffeine fixations and the same barista apologize for there being crumbs from someone else's order on the counter and wanted to move it out of the background of the photo. I sadly did not get their name, but they made the visit very lovely due to them being so attentive and sweet.
I absolutely love this place. I come here everyday after school, the employees always have a great mood.

Coffee Crossing is my favourite coffee shop when visiting New Albany! The atmosphere is lovely and their white mocha is delicious. Can't wait to visit again when I come back to New Albany.

This is a great coffee shop in such a cool location. The seating areas are comfy and they have a wonderful outdoor seating area as well. I love stopping by when strolling through downtown Naw'banny.

My choice always would be local businesses specially in coffee and bakery. I'm glad to have coffee crossing in our area. I almost visited all of their locations and very happy to see they are growing and keeping their quality. This location is another great place for relaxing love their historic building and location. Keep in mind they have more parking spaces in the back of the building.
I picked up a hot chocolate. Tasted great and the cookie my friend looked scrumptious! She said it was great!
