Fantastic coffee and Gelato. Lavazza makes for a perfect, casually romantic coffee date destination.
Still a decent place to get espresso off the beaten path from the usual large chain coffee houses. I was coming to this location when it first opened and over the years. This Lavazza is still above average, but needs a little maintenance of their chairs.
Very rood people working here. She gave me two half’s of scoops ice cream. It could be only one scoop if you put them together, shame on you, for how much money did I spend.
Great tasting coffee and plenty of table and chairs to enjoy your beverage inside or get some work done on your lap top. Pastries offered and they sell their coffee beans in bags too! The free water was a bonus I needed before ordering a latte.
Just went here at 6:05 and ordered a breakfast croissant. 20 minutes later the worker let me know they don’t have a cook, then offered me a pastry. She then said she would put the money back on my card, but I paid in cash. She also said a blueberry muffin was 8 dollars. Which I find to be absurd. The staff is not welcoming or kind. They don’t say hi to you or anything. I would not recommend this place. The coffee is good but I would rather have kind service.
Italian Coffee Brand Lavazza upto mark In Naperville. wish they do Franchise it everywhere .
Clean good egg on a croissant sandwich. VERY strong coffee
I like this European-style cafe. It's not crowded and has good seating options for both people who want to work and those who want to chat with friends. The drinks are okay. The female staff here have been very friendly, but there is one male staff who was extremely rude.
The person behind the counter (thin guy with dark long hair) had no customer service skills what so ever..... and seemed like he hated his job. The coffee is pretty good, but the service SUCKED!!!!
Obsessed with this coffee shop— very friendly staff, awesome breakfast and lunch items, great coffee, and it’s not busy whenever I visit. Bright windows for a great chill work spot or coffee date. ❤️
Gelato is back at the counter.
Was very upset with the service that the barista provided. I believe his name is James, or that is what I heard his do worker refer to him as. From the beginning of my entry into the coffee shop, I was not greeted and was given a rather cold look by the employee. Like I was an inconvenience to him. I was looking at the menu and pastry case and he immediately asked me what I was going to order. I didn’t even have time to look at the menu. I felt very pressured. When I ordered, I asked for my drink with coconut milk because I am severely allergic to dairy. I also asked to order a salad but he said the kitchen would not be making anymore food orders at around 1:30pm which I found puzzling. When he handed me my drink I asked him if it was made with coconut milk because I’m allergic to dairy and he simply said “No, sorry” and walked away. I was so in shock that I didn’t even say anything else to him. I just threw my drink away and left. I’ve always had very good experiences with the girls working here and never thought that I would receive such horrible treatment. I will not be coming back.
Outstanding coffee with an excellent variety of classic drinks. They also have some great small bites and pastries that are equally tasty. Highly recommend.
Great coffee!
Mr George Coffee here no good.
The place looked great, but the pricing for Gelato is ridiculous for the amount you're getting. I did like the set up and decor. My opinion is biased as I didn't get coffee or pastries.
Take a break from Starbucks and Pete's and try them instead. Great coffee, unique flavors and amazing staff!
So. Good. So. Elegant.
Love this location for a cappuccino
Best breakfast croissants possibly in the entire state. This place is a hidden gem.
