Being a frequent coffee drinker I love the taste of the espresso here in my americano so it’s a frequent choice for me over other coffee shops. I even get the whole beans for brewing at home. However my one complaint from being a barista in my younger years is the forced handoff at the drive thru of the card reader with the barista on staff saying, “I believe there’s a question for you” implying they want me to tip them. To me a tip is deserved for something extraordinary not something that is in your job description. I feel it’s a huge turn off but I like the coffee. My only complaint is that about the tip. It’s excessive and rude in my opinion
Coffee is good but the baristas don’t care. They just dump the milk/coffee. Also, only paper cup.
The Havana Cappuccino has a hold on me. Peets Coffee in general is our top favorite for Coffee. Was so excited to see a storefront here. 10/10 recommend. Their iced green tea is also fantastic. Really cute reading nook inside as well where you can take a book/leave a book.
Been here several times with my wife and don't know how I forgot to leave a review. The employees are always really friendly in the drive-thru. The Blueberry muffins are always really good in the mornings with our coffee. I've only had one morning where my Vanilla Latte did not taste great, and not sure what happened with that one. But other than that my Vanilla lattes have been great especially the Lavender Vanilla Latte from this morning, which was delicious.
Best coffee anywhere. The foam on the Cappuccino is far better than competition.
Peet’s Coffee and Tea in Naperville always delivers an exceptional, eclectic unique experience, that honestly, your average Starbucks cannot match. A coffee house experience is never excellent without an exceptional crew, and the crew at Peet’s did not disappoint with their welcoming, easy-going attentive demeanor and warm attention to the customer. I ordered two (seasonal) hot large lavender, vanilla, almond lattes—one of them half decaf espresso for Katherine—and they were as amazing as the last one I personally consumed the day before!
Good coffee, nice place to read and use laptos. I would like more options to eat.
Coffee is so so, but the scones and muffins are awesome.
Its the Cheers of Naperville and the surrounding areas. Its very easy to become attached to this place... great owner who works alongside his staff, the drinks are well made and consistent and the staff are always pleasant and happy to see you.
Great product. Great service. Little loud, but they have outdoor tables, so...
Excellent place to get some coffee and food. High quality of coffees. Very nice place.
loved the havana cappuccino! baristas are super friendly
Zero consistency. Gave you plenty of chances to fix this. Bye
Their espresso-based drinks blow away the competition. The atmosphere and staff are both solid. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because they do not know how to prepare tea at all. And the bakery & food items are hit or miss. But, I will continue to come back for the coffee drinks, staff & atmosphere for sure.
It was a wonderful place to go on a very cold day.
Super nice and friendly staff! Great coffee too
The staff at Peet's is always wonderful - helpful, conversational, and knowledgeable. (The Peet's app however, is constantly glitching.)
Everything from their coffee to their baked goods are incredibly good. I started skipping the line at Starbucks to come here and now I go out of my way just to stop for a coffee.
This what $6.20 gets you? A half a cup of a matcha drink? Smh. This is untouched btw as I got it delivered and the straw is still there. Would not recommend.
I've seen this place in the neighborhood for years and finally decided to try it, especially after being underimpressed recently at another coffee chain in the area. At Peet's I was happily surprised by some cool options on their menu and have really been enjoying the Havana Cappuccino. It hits the spot. The staff are also very friendly. I've been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks! 😄
