Lots to say here. First, the cafe is not IN the hotel, as reported by Google, but it is adjacent to it. The tofu banh mi was tasty, but I find it (and the other non-bakery foods) overpriced. Bakery items were varied and fresh. I've been here three times while in from out of town, with two of those visits being during weekend peak hours. Seating is far too limited for a space of this size. It was also so loud in there that I cannot imagine try to work or have a conversation. Actually, I struggled so much to hear my name being called that the person behind the counter looked at me as if I am absent-minded. It was uncomfortable to try to stay out of the way but within earshot. Friendly staff, though, honest. They need (tactful) sound diffusers. That said, the coffee is truly a delight. There is a coffee chain a few blocks away, and I can only imagine those who choose to go there when Sparrow is so close just don't exercise self-love. The menu is minimal, but the coffee is incredibly good.

All of the food I’ve had here is incredible. Go on the weekends for their croissants - I get a chocolate one warmed up and it’s amazing. I love their avocado toast, pork belly sandwich, and egg&biscuit sandwich.

Spacious and bright coffee shop, the waffle is sooooo good! Baked with some sugar crystals (altho not super sweet), and the dough tasted a bit like sourdough, was quite unique. came here to work for an afternoon. Only complaint is music was a bit loud and temp was slightly on chilly side for a spring day to be 100% comfy for working from the coffee shop

Great vibe, very busy, but fast service. Absolutely FANTASTIC coffees Imho, not expensive like some other reviews have said - this is just what good coffee costs everywhere these days. Cool place, also great spot to sit and work

Excellent coffee. Tasty good. Nice vibe. Definitely worth a visit. I tried the brekky and the biscuit egg sandwich, both tasty (biscuit and egg is very simple, you might want hot sauce). I had both hot and iced drinks, and my friends likewise enjoyed the place. I went 2 days in a row.

It’s okay if you ask me. I have had better coffee from other places. But if your looking for a cup of coffee right now in town this is the place to find it without a Starbucks around.

Sparrow has become my favorite coffee shop in Naperville, Illinois. The staff is super welcoming. Their latte is the best I’ve ever had. Strong coffee flavor and smooth tasting. The atmosphere is welcoming and a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee with a butter-crispy croissant. Grateful for this amazing coffee shop.

I didn't like their quiche and their coffee was okay. It was a long wait though and they didn't do a great job of listening on how I want my coffee. I might try to come back here in the future but for now, I don't like it.

Atrocious service as we waited 30 minutes and didn't get our drink. Food came out after 20 minutes. Others came after and were served before us. Place claims 30 minutes is a "short amount of time" for one drink. In what world? Inexcusable response

Situated next to the riverwalk, great options for coffee and pastries. We had the Cappuccino and flat white coffee which is really strong, service was okay. There is seating option available as well.

This coffee shop is a must-visit for anyone looking for a great coffee experience. The baristas create beautiful works of art on top of every drink, which adds to the overall experience. The vibe is fantastic and there are always many young people around, which makes it a lively spot. I highly recommend this place over Starbucks for its unique atmosphere and quality coffee.

Good service and good atmosphere for work and finish some task. It's a kind of crowded and noisy but is ok.

The nicest staff on earth. Had avocado toast, which they add cheese to and is so creamy and the flavor explodes in your mouth. Had a lavender latte, as good as other gourmet coffee. It was packed to the rim with people. Definitely a place that attracts people on their laptops. Family friendly too. Will go back to try the chai they make from scratch! Smelled so good!

Sparrow Cafe is a jewel nestled in a beautiful river front location in Naperville. I am a repeat customer and a big fan of Sparrow because of its tasty coffee and a delightful, myriad arrays of both savory and sweet food selections; and, equally captivating is Sparrow's prime location and its communal seating arrangement which adds to the overall warmth. That said, I have been struggling with GI issues post-covid and has been very cautious in my pick of foods and drinks and discounting the ones that are notorious in aggravating symptoms. However, I didn't think twice when it comes to hands down satisfying my long held cravings for tall cup of creamy latte because Sparrow's coffee is never too bitter nor too acidic and it tends to exhibit all the right notes in its flavor profile. What can I say but bada (coffee bean) bada boom! Of course, I can't just have the latte alone after travelling for over an hour from the Indiana border to arrive at Sparrow Cafe so tried their avocado toast and, man oh man, I have never tasted anything so scrumptious that the flavors just burst in my mouth; I mean it's hard to argue with the texture of nicely spiced avocado layered with cheese on top of a thick bread served with a side of microgreens. Say No More. My visit to Sparrow is never complete until I indulged in the magic of their macarons. Seriously, I will never pass on a macaron opportunity when presented to me but the ones at Sparrow stand out above the rest in terms of complexity and depth: crunchy, nutty and soft on the outside paired with the oh-so richly flavored tangy fillings in the inside. Their macarons come in many different flavors which are mind boggling to choose from. It's true. I saved the best for last when I dug into Sparrow's samoa cake which is shaped like a donut topped with coconut and ingeniously encapsulated with chocolate filling that melts in the mouth with the perfect level of sweetness. I am a queen of sweets but I have never tasted anything even

My drink was really good! And the latte art was the cutest. You can tell the baristas really care and are passionate about the drinks! HOWEVER, If you're looking for a nice quiet, cozy café with not too many people to get some work/studying done, then this place probably isn't it! I went on a weekday - random Wednesday during the day, so I thought it wouldn’t be too full, but to my surprise, it was jam-packed. More full than any other café I've ever visited. It was so full, and there were only like 2 empty seats in the whole café, which I barely managed to sit in.. Anyways, they're that full because it's a good café! But just keep in mind that it might be really full. It could be overwhelming, and kind of was to me. It would be nice if they could somehow expand.

Stopped in with my daughter as we were traveling through. It was crazy busy, but that did not stop everyone from being super kind and great! The inside was welcoming and really cool! My daughter and I colored some pictures while I drank an espresso and nitro brew. The espresso was strong and bold. It was delicious! The nitro brew was light and tasty! Great visit and a must stop! Great work Sparrow Coffee!
