Went with friends for lunch. Each had chicken salad croissant. Mostly mayonnaise never did taste chicken, lettuce on it was just a leaf with hard core attached. Place did not carry pop like Pepsi or Coke products. Had lemonade, left feeling disappointed and VERY thirsty. We will not return.
I love vibrant coffee. They have super fun themed nights, and it's a great cozy hangout for studying and meeting with friends. The atmosphere brought me in, the drink and baked goods keep me coming back. I can't wait for the new location in Bettendorf.

I always like to start with the positives… This place is so cool. Love the decor and ambiance. Smoothie and latte excellent! Service and food mediocre to poor. I got a Cobb salad and over half the lettuce was wilted and black. So I had to pick through it to find the good pieces. I went back up to order my latte after I was done eating and told the gal about my salad. I said you may want to let someone in the kitchen know and her response was OK. No apologies just OK. We also had to wipe down our own table, because there were no clean ones. My husband went up to the front and asked and she handed him a rag. We understand places are short handed and don’t mind helping but it’s easier to help when someone can smile at you and say thank you. I hate complaining but if you don’t know you can’t make changes and we want to come back. Customer service here is definitely lacking.
This place is awesome! Cool atmosphere and great drinks. I haven't tried their food yet, but it looked good. I will be back!
Ordered the Candy Apple energy drink. Description as follows— kind of sweet kind of tart totally refreshing. Green apple and red cherry. Topped with caramel sauce and a slice of apple. See my photo —- does anyone see the caramel or the apple slice?????? I asked the server who made it “ is there something missing”? She was adamant it was made correctly!!!!! Will not be back.
I hate how much I like this place lol. I quit banking with vibrant because their overdraft fees are crazy but unfortunately their coffeeshop is awesome 🥲

Waited overly long for a cup of coffee that was scalding hot and had been sitting in a pot long enough to taste burnt
Great food, great service! Employees helpful and polite and manager on duty working right along side her crew and supportive of their efforts! Hats off to you all! Great job guys/girls! Referring everyone I know!

Breakfast sandwiches are very good. Coffee ok but not my fav.
I’ve been here twice and the atmosphere is lovely but the drive thru is a mess. I ordered a drink and sat there for 25 minutes before I had to leave to go to work. I never reached the window. I’m not sure if there’s a priority here for the drive thru like most places so your drinks and food take just as long as going inside. You’re better off going inside. Don’t hit the drive thru if you think it will be quick or if you’re impatient. Hoping I just came in on a short staffed busy day because it’s still a lovely place to go!
My new FAVORITE! The spiced chai is delicious and decadent. The space is so relaxing and beautiful. Wondering if there are milk alternatives offered.

This place has a great vibe, coffee, and food. I recommend the biscuits and gravy, a must try! The staff is cool and friendly too.
