Really nice looking place. Walked in and it was very comforting and the view of the Mississippi River was great! The coffee was excellent and breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend coming here to catch some coffee and a good bite to eat.
I just moved here from Seattle, and I miss it so much. Milltown Coffee is the best coffee shop I’ve been to in the quad cities, and makes me feel like I’m back in Seattle. The Moline location has the most beautiful view, with a welcoming, chill atmosphere. I study here all the time, and all the staff are so freakin nice! The coffee is also amazing, it actually tastes like coffee (unlike most other coffee places here that tastes like straight sugar or week old drip coffee). They also definitely put effort into presentation, every latte is seriously a work of art. Love love love this place!!
Really great place to draw, read or just sit and watch the cars fly bye. Their coffee is well made as well as their food!
Nice place for coffee and sandwiches. PROTIP: a couple of nice tables outside where you can drink and eat with your dog.
Yum! Everything I've gotten here is delicious. A little on the expensive side, but you pay for quality. Service was great. Quiet environment. Would be great place to do work
Excellent place. Parking is a bit of an issue, but more than worth it when you get there.
Great location, great coffee place. Great spot for networking/working over an excellent cup of coffee. Have only eaten there once, and will say the chorizo sweet potato breakfast is so good.
Relaxed and low key. Great in house cupcakes.
Thanks for the great coffee Torrie. Great coffee with a great view of river front and great service. Thanks Macombie Homie
I absolutely LOVE the Milltown Coffee near my home in Bettendorf. I've gone there multiple times, often in order to wait for my car to be worked on at Lund's. I've only been to this location once, however, specifically for live music. That was also several years ago, so after getting breakfast this morning I thought I'd revisit for a time to relax with a tea and a cookie. Holy cow, this place is a lot bigger than the Bettendorf location. Like three or four times larger. It's also a bit different in terms of furnishings and architectural features. Though there is a drop ceiling with recessed lights in some locations, this Milltown also has suspended light fixtures with yellow incandescent light hanging within (or at least lights designed to look incandescent. The walls are a mix of rough brick and mortar, light burgundy painted drywall, and wood paneling. There's a fireplace prominently situated at one end of the dining area and a stage situated opposite the space. Most strangely, though the drop ceiling is present throughout the space, the HVAC ductwork is still visible throughout most of the ceiling space. Even stranger is the presence of drop ceiling suspended under the ductwork and the higher drop ceiling, with diffuser vents connected to the ductwork on the lower drop ceiling portions. I don't entirely get it - perhaps it has something to do with sound dampening? Speaking of, I really liked the overall noise level of this space at the time I visited. Though there were multiple different groups of varying sizes across the dining area, between their conversation and the soft indie music the noise level remained fairly low. This was great for just relaxing with my book and chilling for a while. I got pretty much the same order I have at the Bettendorf Milltown location - a green tea and a gluten free cookie. I wasn't specifically getting the cookie because it was GF - I've had it a few times now and just really like it. This cookie was similarly fantastic, almos
Good coffee and love the view of thr river
Loved this shop. Great atmosphere. Help was friendly and polite. All our coffees were really good. Will stop again next time we are in town.
This is seriously the best coffee and environment and schedule scenery in quad cities. Love their mango smoothies too!
So glad I decided to visit here, excellent service and great lattes near the river!
Such a fun vibrant location for coffee right by the riverfront on the Illinois side of the Mississippi River. My sugar-free caramel latte was hot and tasty. Bummed I didn’t stop in here sooner during our weeklong stay at the Hyatt Place.
Went for the first time today. Great location - you can walk across the street to the bike path along the river. The indoor atmosphere is really nice. The music is not too loud. The drip coffee tasted a lot better than most drip coffee I've had and the breakfast bowl was delicious and filling.
This coffee shop is the best by far! The barista takes his time when making your drinks and puts a lot of love in your beverage of choice. I will definitely be visiting this place again when I’m in Moline IL. I can’t wait! Enjoy! Go Visit! You won’t be disappointed!
Tasty coffee. Probably the best drip coffee taste in town. We had a breakfast sandwich and grilled cheese sandwich both were delicious. Great view of the Mississippi River.
Really love the space. Service was very friendly. Coffee was tasty and hot. If ordering a breakfast sandwich, I’d steer clear of bacon. Paper thin … prob microwaved. Not much seasoning, but still decent. Overall, I like the space and the service and will keep returning for coffee.
I ordered a honey cinnamon iced latte with oat milk. The coffee is excellent.. honey local & latte was flavored and blended perfectly. friendly service. Outdoor and spacious indoor seating. Right across of the Mississippi River and river walk.
