I sometimes visit the QC Fuel on 15th street. A worker by the name of Ella made me a drink that wasn't on the menu and OMG was it GOOD! It had a nice pumpkin spice flavor to it and it was an Ice Frappuccino. I don't even like Pumpkin Spice which was why she made it to convince me and she did. The drink is definitely worth the money and if you like it let's encourage her boss to put it on the menu for the fall season. I'm not sure if the drink can be made hot I didn't even ask but heck go and check her out and ask for yourself and try it. I got it from the 15th street location in Moline.
not bad but i wish their drinks were consistant. mine tastes different everytime i get it.
I used to go here all the time but stopped going as much because everytime I would order my thin mint frappe without coffee it tastes like a strong coffee which upsets my stomach. This last time was no different I had brought them back and told them it tasted like coffee and she got defensive and stated there can't be coffee because she made them. I'm not sure if the blender didn't get cleaned or what but I will definitely never be back to this location after today's experience.
I go to QC Fuel regularly and often enjoy their drinks. But lately when I get a latte and ask for and pay for an extra shot of espresso, I get a cup of iced sugar milk. Hardly any espresso at all, and definitely not extra. It has been so frustrating since an iced latte with an extra shot is almost 8$.
My favorite place. Better than Starbucks to me!! Update:4/24/22 Ive been coming to qc fuel for about 2 years now. I always get the same iced coffee latte, lately its been hit or miss. Today i got my usual and it was mostly ice and milk😑 no caramel syrup no pumpkin spice(the ingredients the latte is supposed to have) &little to no coffee😑 I got spoiled by the girls that worked there at the time since im a frequent customer so they knew my car when i pulled up to order lol and they knew my order (i always get the same drink). I miss them because my drink was always good. Qc fuel i really like you. Please do better.
Checked reviews first. Good coffee good service. Lil pricey, but i knew that. Yeah i don't really love the self order board, i thought i would. But oh well, wasn't horrible using it.
Using the touchscreen menu isn't really efficient. They don't have all the options on the menu so you end up having to tell them anyway. Coffee is decent but the ordering process isn't always worth it.
Stop nearly daily on my way to work. I always get their peppermint mocha. They have it all year round and I like it much better than Starbucks peppermint mocha. And I have nothing against Starbucks drinks

First time being here. Waited 20 minutes no menu to look at. I asked a couple questions per coffee options they didn’t have answers & the coffee I asked for was not what I got. Not very good customer service.
Inconsistent. I used to go all the time. They unfortunately lost me as a customer
I love qc fuel I love the kiosk machine you input the drink you want your self. I'm lactose intolerant and love that you can pick what milk you want I always choose almond! However I wish they wouldn't ask you if you want to leave a tip i think it's peer pressuring especially since they already have a tip jar outside of the window everyday. I stop by Maybe 4-5 days a week i don't feel I need to leave a tip everyday they poured coffee and yes they pour it well. But I think it's kind of rude to ask...

Nice place, but it's on the pricey side!! I'll return, but I definitely can't afford to go often.
You have lost a very loyal customer. This morning the employees handed me my drink and it spilled all over my pants because it was overfilled on the top of the lid and they chose to hand it to me like that. I received one sorry after demanding they do more than just give me napkins. Then I got home to realize they didn’t even give me the right drink! I will never be coming back, and will be doing everything in my power to make sure people know my experience.

The girls at both the moline locations are always so friendly and everything I get there tastes amazing 😊🤤 highly recommended, definitely my go to in the mornings now
