Needed some coffee and this was so close to our hotel. At the time they were not busy. Drinks were delicious and made quickly. Seating inside gave it a cozy feel also.

Ordered a Cafe Mocha. Not very good. Usually we go to the Trolley Depot coffee shop but they were closed. Do not think I will be back again. I will go back to the Trolley Depot coffee. Unfortunately they are not open on Sunday.

Overall very disappointing customer service. When I walked in, the young man at the register didn't greet me or asked to take my order. In fact, he just stared at me and waited. I finally asked him if he was ready for my order to which you responded. Yes. So after more than a minute of awkward silence, I was able to order my latte. When I received it, I was again disappointed to realize that my large was maybe half full. There was more foam on top than there was liquid. Additionally, it was exceptionally overpriced. Even for a small coffee shop. I paid $3 less at a different coffee shop downtown just yesterday for the same drink. In hindsight, I should have just walked out, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Anyone else go in there. In a place like Galina with large amounts of tourists and other visitors, there's too much competition to support a business that can't take care of its customers.

Cute cafe with nice ambience and comfortable seating. Coffee (regular) was ok and biscotti was either old or mushy for some other reason. I was asked if I wanted room for cream and was charged $.60 extra. Whaaat???

First the positive. The coffee was very good. Staff is friendly and the business is clean, comfortable and welcoming. That said, this is the first time I’ve ever been charged a .60¢ surcharge for half and half in my coffee. I ordered a Medium Americano and asked for room which equaled an inch from the rim. I think I added about two tsp of half and half to my beverage along with sugar. Is this a new trend in coffee houses? I work for an airline and travel the world. Does this make me a coffee expert? No, but I’ve been to many places world wide and lived in NY city for many years. I’ve never run into this, not even in NY. My drink, including .60¢ half and half surcharge along with tax totaled $5.74. I looked at the tip jar and asked myself, if I tipped a $1 ( which I normally do) this drink would be .26¢ shy of $7.00. I love to support local business, especially local mom and pop shops such as this. Unfortunately, I can’t afford to frequent this place and that makes me sad.

I have visited several times by now, and unfortunately the disappointments keep coming. Most recently, when ordering a matcha latte we asked for no sugar to be added, only to find out that their matcha powder comes pre-mixed with sugar. One would think this is something that should probably be mentioned when a customer is asking for no sugar to be added to their drink... Initially I only had minor gripes, mainly with the flavor of the coffee and the fact that the smallest size is a 12oz. But I did not feel that warranted any complaints. At this point I will altogether avoid this place.

Cute place but the most disgusting lattes I’ve ever had. Unbelievable they think this is good coffee, and then still charge six dollars or more for it. We will never return. Shocked they are still in business. Yeah, it was that bad.

Nice atmosphere and would have left a nice impression but the Chai was incredibly weak! Like a tablespoon of chai in a 20 oz cup, literally!!! $5.95 for steamed milk!

Ordered some espresso shots without cream...came with too much cream. Asked for some more coffee to reduce the cream flavor, was charged for more coffee. $12 for a drink i couldn't finish. Will not go back

This was my first stop my first time in Galena. Great seasonal drink options and suuuuuper helpful baristas. They were lovely and attentive. In my opinion, the seating basically makes or breaks a coffee shop, and this place had lots of great, comfy seats to cozy up into.

I visited this coffee shop twice over a weekend stay in Galena. Both times I ordered breve cappuccino and a croissant. On Saturday, the cappuccino was good, not great, but the croissant was tough and chewy. On Sunday morning, the cappuccino was merely a cup of coffee, no foam and did not remotely resemble a proper cappuccino. Again, the croissant was dry, tough and chewy. The staff is personable, and the shop is welcoming.

Delicious Mocha and that's what I try everywhere I go. It was lovely to get a coffee in such a sweet setting before the shops open for the day. We strolled the streets and window shopped while we drank our coffee.
