A girl working there with the nose ring had no manners at all, very rude. Would have liked to put her in her place, but i was with my family and didnt feel it appropriate to respond in a proper manner.

I got something iced with chocolate in it that was pretty good. It was about 26 outside which made for some cold hands on my part

Got the iced white chocolate mocha and it tasted like rubbing alcohol. Very bad!

It was quiet, and the service was very good. The drinks were AMAZING, I hot chocolate and it was great. Would definitely go there again, but security looked like they were after us.

The Royal Coffee is my favorite coffee spot! Not only do they have the kindest staff, but their drinks are delicious! I love the open atmosphere and the location is perfect for the Village. They've also got super cute swag!

I would have liked to have seen a menu beforehand. Not just the menu highlights, as I walked 20 minutes to get there and they didn't have what I wanted. The place was nice though, a cheery and sophisticated air about it. I just wish for a better online menu.

Absolutely gorgeous and the entire area around it is such a hidden gem. Lovely water fountains. Some nice trees. And a very quiet place on a Saturday morning to grab a cup of coffee. Highly recommend

Over priced cup of milk with sugar. Gave this place a 2nd chance. The atmosphere is what you are paying for. Pass on the coffee here.

The coffee is good, but the atmosphere is dirty. The TV screens, tablets, cup/utensil holders, and the back of the espresso machine are covered in THICK dust.

Excellent tasting coffee and reasonable prices. Their Lemon Blueberry scone was amazing. I enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere of "The Village;" sitting in the sun working while sipping coffee and listening to the water fountain was very pleasant.

Nice coffee shop but not the best seating inside. It’s a bit noisy with more of a food court feel than a coffee shop where I’d want to chat and work/study. Outside seating is nice though.

My Wife and I regularly stop by on weekday mornings to grab a cup of coffee and sit outside at The Village and enjoy the peace and quiet. The employees at Royal Coffee Co are very nice and always smiling. Oh, and the coffee is great also.

This was our first time trying out this store as I was shopping at the mall. Usually, I do not get iced coffee; however, opted in for two simple (12 oz or sth, the small one as I recall) iced americanos due to the excessive heat last weekend. I asked for creamer and sweetener on the side and light on ice. But the barista took the freedom to add creamer and sweetener on their own. I let that pass as the level was fine. The thing that ticked me off is that the amount of ice that was given on our cups. It is literally like I am paying for the ice as in a 12oz cup, I got maybe 4-5 oz of actual coffee, rest are water n ice. The photo will demonstrate that even after scooping out some of the ice chunks, how much ice is left in the cup. I brought this up issue to the counter, got an awkward look as I am kind of an inconvenience. I am extremely disappointed and do not believe I am purchasing coffee from this store anymore. The coffee was decent, I will give them that.
