Best Oatmilk Cap in Meridian! Definitely my favorite place to stop!
I love this place and they make the best! The Sawtooth is my absolute favorite!
Good coffee, but served so hot when I spilled it (my fault not theirs) it scalded my hands. When I called to let them know they might want to turn down the temp of their water a few degrees the managing barista told me “next time order with some ice”. I’m glad I didn’t try and take a drink because it would have burned my mouth.
Wonderful coffee shop. Good coffee and he burritos are amazing as well! Highly recommend
Great coffee; great service!! There’s a reason the parking lot is always full, Mountain Timber has great coffee and interior space. They really made the most of their small lot. Much quieter inside than you would think. Love the great selection of pastries w/ a few healthy options as well.

This shop is cozy and well worth the stop. The best thing about this place is their coffee actually tastes like coffee, not overly sweet like most chain stores. If you actually like drinking coffee then check it out! (But if you just pretend to like "coffee", and need your drinks to be extra sweet imitations in order for you to tolerate them, maybe stick with the bottled Starbucks extra sweet carmel Frappuccinos from the gas station next door...)
Update: again clearly you didn’t read my original comment- please reread before you speak. I clearly said I ordered a sweet Carmel drink and have no clue what I actually received. I was in the drive thru and heading to work- so I should waste my time on returning to tell staff? That’s what reviews are for!! If I don’t like the review do a better job of giving people what they actually ordered- total waste of money going to this place. Update after manager review: clearly this place has poor management as well. Instead of a simple apologize for giving me the wrong drink, they make excuses…….Horrible experience. First time here thinking I would support a local place over Starbucks but that was a mistake. I ordered a extra sweet caramel cold brew and I have no clue what they gave me but it was gross and I tossed it. Such a waste of time and money
First time here, had a perfectly cooked burrito and a fantastic dirty chia. It’s the attention to detail I’m impressed with, like wrapping the burrito with extra napkins just in case you need them. Highly recommend!

Mountain Timber is a great place to get a variety of coffee and espresso beverages. I typically use the drive thru and the staff are always pleasant and fast. Bonus for them is they love when you bring your pups through and give them plenty of biscuits.
This is a local gem. I like the coffee. And would rather support mom and pop than the corporate behemoth
The best coffee shop I've ever been too. This shop beats all the chain coffee shops and has the best coffee combos iv ever tasted and seen. Wish they had a location in idaho falls area!
Love , love, love their selection of smoothies!! Wild berry is the best! Chai will never do you wrong and the London Fog is ah-mazing! The banana bread is always fresh and compliments any drink choice.
This is some of the best coffee in the valley! The staff is great. They have a ton of fun non coffee drinks too.

Great staff, great coffee, TINYIEST BURRITOS EVER!! For $8 the batista will use tweezers and place a microscopic breakfast burrito in your hand. Bring an electron microscope or risk losing it between the atoms that make up you hand. If you are able to see it and get it to your mouth, it's delicious!
Be aware prices are now about double what’s shown on theses menus. They haven’t updated them yet.
Got simple coffee (black americano and cappuccino) and service and taste was amazing. Super friendly and nice staff and surprisingly good coffee. Didn't try much food but cheese danish was tasty. Only downside is location is small so can easily get crowded.
