Staff is very friendly but unfortunately drinks are not made well I ordered 3 drinks a couple days ago and every single one was poorly made. My tea tasted like it didn’t have tea… my husband and daughters drinks also tasted terrible.
My profound apologies, wrong location!!! Franklin location ROCKS at making GREAT drinks!! 4 x 3 drinks in a row were not drinkable as they were "burndt." I am working with an associate to work out the problem and get training for the Baristas.
It is always fun to get coffee here. Good working atmosphere!
Not my favorite location due to inconsistent service, but the location is convenient so I continue patronizing. (Just wish service were better)
Ordered a hot chocolate and it came with no chocolate, service takes a while, but usually is worth it and I like the drinks
I'm really fed up with asking for extras, getting charged for extras and then they DON'T ADD IT! Twice in a row now I've gotten to work to find out they didnt add what I asked for.

Service was great but the coffee is watered down. Didn't bother drinking it, was a waste of money.

Dutch Bros is a local favorite and one of mine as well. This is because the staff is so friendly and really reaches out to make your day special. I love the Birthday deals as well as the app deals. They have one of a kind drinks that I crave constantly. My coffee spot will always be Dutch Bros :-)

My husband has ALS and we visited a couple different locations. The DB employees were absolutely wonderful. We laughed and took pictures with our Muscular Dystrophy rep April.
