Great atmosphere and pleasant staff.
Good food and coffee however beware. The drive thru staff is notorious for not giving you the whole order. Just make sure you have everything before you drive away. It happens to me 50% of the time which is completely unacceptable.

The staff is very pleasant. The drinks are hit or miss. There isn't much consistency. Cozy and quaint. Overall pretty good coffee shop.

Coffee here is amazing.
I’m local to Athens and go to jittery joes once if not twice a day. I’m a very regular customer. Today was the worst customer service experience I’ve received and I will not be returning to this location. I ordered two iced mochas shortly after 6:00. The barista recognized me and enthusiastically took my order without me having to tell her what I wanted. That’s nice that she remembered what I get, but she proceeded to write my order on the cups then ditch her coworker since her shift was over. Without letting her know about my order, so I sat for 30 minutes waiting for two coffees. I approached the second barista and told her I’m still waiting for my coffees and she had no clue I was waiting on anything. She proceeded to make my drinks but they were rushed and tasted horrible. I came back inside after tasting my coffee to get a refund or it remade and I proceeded to wait 20 more minutes before leaving out of frustration. I do not understand why the first barista bothered to take my order if she wasn’t going to stay the 5 minutes it takes to make it. Legit a joke, I won’t return to this location.
Great coffee. I am a loyal customer of this chain, but this particular location has messed up my order the last 2 times I've visited though. They also actually told me they couldn't make change for cash too!

This Jittery Joe's location seems to almost always make our drinks poorly lately. I'm not sure why the quality has dropped so drastically, but it definitely bums me out.
Great coffee! The vanilla Chai was wonderful! And the almond poppyseed bread hit the spot!

Hey coffee outside the house is expensive. But when I treat myself to coffee when I am out I am surprised how consistent Jittery Joe's is. My favorite Latte tastes delicious and consistent across many Jittery Joe's locations. Quality locally roasted coffee.
Highly consistent from day to day. Quick service even when they have to toast bagels.
