Slow diesel pumps waste of time
The frozen drink machines are always malfunctioning. Fountain drinks taste bad--they must have the mix set weak. The chicken fingers are ok, but the other hot foods are mediocre and expensive. One of the assistant managers named Alexia is consistently rude except when she is standing in a corner doing nothing. If fact many employees there are rude, but some are courteous and professional, it's about 50/50. They also lock the side doors at night for safety I think, but they don't post a sign or corden off the area, or do anything to steer you to the front. And worst of all, the restroom was truly disgusting. Very disappointing location.
Edit: Racetrac you need to fire every single one of these lazy inconsiderate "employees" they do not uphold the "open until". This review is for the pizza area/cashiers of this establishment and the thievery, laziness, and lies that continue to go on there. Always have a problem with these people, always, this time they tried to keep our money after waiting an outrageous amount of time for a pizza they forgot and then sold to another person. They claimed none of them rang us up and "we didn't pay" when we had, the cops got threatened and suddenly their attitudes about the situation changed. Don't trust these people.

Price jump from 99 cent for Arizona can drink to1.49 but not putting the right price on the shelf they gouged Arizona

Gas theft. The manager on 1/24/23 refused to help me with a suspected gas theft. He handed me a receipt and claimed it impossible to do when all the person would have to do is pull the pump out and either walk around to the other side or have a gas can. The refusal of assistance on the matter is the real issue here and I will not return with my vehicle or any of my fleet.
No ice cream a serie was not very pleasant
This place is not open 24 hours. I just went there at 11 and the doors are locked with staff on the inside. I've been inside the store before well past 11 on more than one occasion. Yet every now and again the doors are locked and staff ignoring you. Don't advertise that you're open 24 hours if your staff is going to lock up before the day is completely finished. I never run into issues like this at QT

The hours say open 24/7 but every night after I get off from work they be closed by 11pm
Cheaper than most
NOT OPEN 24 HOURS... Please fix your advertising or actually open. Everytime I've gotten off work at 4 a.m. and tried to come here, the doors are locked with full staff inside. Get it together. Will not be back
Horrible, just shut the door in my face saying they’re “closed”. I’ll go fill up somewhere else.
