Terrible- taste, look and service. it’s not panther but a hotel that serves Panther coffee.

The coffee shop/cafe/garden space is a South Beach hidden gem ~ only steps from the beach. Perfect space to sip coffee, answer email, well catching a few rays of sun! The coffee was excellent!, customer service was 5-star and the outdoor garden space was nearly magical! Thank’s for a memorable experience, Charlotte! I’ll defiantly be back! Iced coffee FTW!
I tried to find in this area a good coffeeshop for Espresso. So I found Panthers. I bought for home the east coast bean. It is a good mix between arabica and robusta and Caffeine level is not so high.

It's hard to find a good matcha when I travel. Char made me one of the best matchas I've ever had away from home! The Betsy Hotel Lobby is a spacious, stylish place to spend a chill morning in Miami Beach. Highly recommend.
Not actually a Panther Coffee, just a stall within a hotel lobby with a single employee whose training was probably watching a YouTube video of a person using an espresso machine. No pride in the craft, and a shame given the brand they’re licensing.
Char's recommendation of the Peanut Butter Latte was spot on. It's a wonder it's not more common, definitely coming back for another. The cookies are also fantastic, exactly the right texture, goes well with a latte.

I ordered a peanut butter oat milk latte that was divine!! I was so pleasantly surprised when Charlotte mentioned peanut butter as a flavor option and I’m so glad I got it because it was so good! I also appreciate that my croissant was warmed up because they should always be served warm. Totally worth the walk in the rain. *there was an incessant beeping sound that sucked but that’s the hotel’s issue to fix asap
I asked whether they could do barista coffee; the woman hesitated and then said yes. The $6.54 coffee was terrible. Not worth the price.

This used to be my favorite cafe in Miami. Just walked out after waiting 10 min for a coffee they already have made and sitting there. So I guess if you want coffee go somewhere else.
