Our typical stop at Midway is for coffee and a muffin, so this was my first breakfast experience here. Total yum on the egg and cheese sandwich served on a fresh croissant, washed down with a Chai Latte which was not too sweet. I've had the coffee and muffins which they are known for. The muffins alone are great to go or stay and eat one in the restaurant and enjoy it grilled or toasted with a slather of butter. My husband is the original owner and creator of the Midway so he dressed to blend in. Check the pic.

We went there accidentally, and so happy to get the chance to visit them. We ordered Fraps and smoothie, it was flavorful and high quality. The environment and staff was cute. It was very fun experience to visit this local coffee shop.

We had been here the year before, and it was one of the best places to have breakfast. I was disappointed this time around. Food was no better than dunking donuts and neither was the coffee. The prices have gone up drastically. For 3 toast and coffees we spent $70.00 Then they let a lady selling fake flowers, come in asking every table for charity money, not my cup of tea. That's the last thing I want to be bothered while on vacation, having breakfast with my family We Will not be going back.

Loved this place! It was right down the street from the hotel we were staying at and ate there twice during our stay. I really appreciated the vegan options and everything was delicious.

Food and service were great though think 2 breakfast sandwiches, 1 smoothie and 1 coffee for $41 plus tip is an expensive breakfast. No wait when we were there this year. Nice place for a meal when in the Keys.

This is a cool little spot! Everyone was super friendly! We had breakfast. Our food was fresh and delicious. The cinnamon roll was amazing! The homemade bread was great! It's very busy, so plan on waiting in line to place your order. You may not find a seat to dine in or outside, especially if you go on the weekend.

We're locals here on the Keys, and the Midway Cafe is essentially a local institution. Wonderful freshly prepared food, great service, kitschy atmosphere, a nice mix of locals and tourists. Incredibly reasonable prices for the Keys. Whether you're staying in Islamorada or on your drive down to Key West stop here for a quick good breakfast or lunch. Tip: On the first Sunday of every month from 9 to 11 a.m. a local group of ukulele players perform live music in the outdoor dining area. Lots of smiles.

Cinnamon rolls are not made same day so not fresh. Service is snooty. Capucinno is amazing though!

I was on a mission to find Manny and Isa's original Key Lime Pie. It was delicious. It was 15 minutes before closing and they were cleaning up. They were a bit distracted and forgot my latte.

Great people, great food and great coffee. Swung in before a fishing trip. Breakfast was huge, fast and good. Grabbed sandwiches to go for the boat too!

Awesome cafe. Everything on the menu sounds amazing and all the pastries make me drool. I got the green eggs sandwich two days in a row and coffee. Very good food. The coffee is nothing special though. Great service. Super nice people. Outside patio is nice, too. Even the bathroom is nice with a beautiful painting on the walls.

This is my favorite Cafe. It is really busy and there is a line to order, but it is worth it. Best key lime pie I've ever had. The only pic I took was after we had already eaten half our dessert
