What a great find! The wait staff is so attentive and helpful. The food is delicious. The atmosphere super cool. I wish this restaurant was near my home.

This is exactly what comes to mind when I think of a diner. More retro style with generous portions at extremely reasonable prices. Would come back again for sure.

Holy cow! If you have a big appetite, this place is for you! By far the BIGGEST breakfast portions ever… oh, and it’s not just big, it’s tasty!

Fantastic breakfast. There was a wait as Mike's is always full of turistas as well as locals. Food is a lot and cooked to perfection! Staff is friendly but busy so it can be a little tough to get service - the price of quality. Definitely return visits are warranted!!

Fast, friendly service and food was AMAZING! Got to hear some older locals tell cool stories while we ate our breakfast. They also have cool souvenir shirts, hats and cups there!

The place looked Amazing!!! And the food to match!!! Although the waitress was horrible... she brought our food and asked if we needed anything else, and we asked for more coffee. She disappeared for 15 minutes and then showed up and handed us the bill, and pointed at the register and said you can pay there.... wow! $60 for breakfast just to have 1 cup of and to be pushed out the door....

Loved sitting at the counter, just like old times! Great atmosphere, many locals, and plenty of food! I had the Tater Tot Tower Kitchen SINK and it had everything - Yum! A fair price for the amount you receive and coffee was great too! Service was spot-on!

Love the Old Florida atmosphere at Mangrove Mike's! Our server was top notch, super friendly and very efficient. Our breakfast was delicious. We kept it pretty simple but that's all we needed. Love the murals painted with local wildlife and neighboring keys.

This place came highly recommended by several people, and it did not disappoint! The food was so good. I have been craving the sausage gravy ever since! I’m so glad we stopped here on our trip. I highly recommend eating here!!

Wait time was a bit long for our food but it was Spring Break and they were very busy. My only tip is the tater tot tower will feed at least 2 adults.

Mangrove Mike's is definitely a local place to go everybody there is so nice and pleasant. The breakfast was great they have decent size portions so trust me you will be full when you leave. There's also a little bit of history in there about mike and how generous he was. If your ever in islamorada I recommend stopping by and getting some good breakfast. The earlier the better them seem to get busy around 830 or 9.

Restaurant was empty and took an hour and a half to make a patty melt. Waitress didn't come check on us once until about an hour into our wait. My fish was up on the line for about an hour and cold when it arrived. To try to compensate for the wait time and sub par food, we were comped $3. Highly advise you look elsewhere in town unless you are prepared to be disappointed

Waited over an hour for eggs and toast. Waitress never came by during this time to offer refills or anything. Folks were seated 30 mins after us got their meals while we waited. Food was nothing great and onions tasted like they were cooked in old fish oil. I've had better experiences at a Waffle House.

Outstanding service and very good food @ breakfast. Get there by 8 if you have a >4 group. Bring your appetite because their portions are BIG and their prices are (tourist area) good. “2” eggs was more like 4 and the pancakes are small hubcap sized. This is one of my go-to places in Islamorada and it should be yours too.

Food was amazing. Portions were HUGE so plan to split something if your not a big eater. Service was a little slow but was a Saturday at prime breakfast time so not a huge issue. Definitely check this place out!

We went to Mangrove Mikes for breakfast while visiting the Keys and honestly we didn’t have a good experience at all. They sat us outside in the back which if you come too this restaurant dont ever sit back there because they completely forgot we were there, for everything, to take our or and bring us our food. We even had to stand up and go inside to the cash register because they never brought us the check.
