subpar subs (no pun intended), they don’t and won’t toast your bread for your sandwich even when asked and overpriced for quality. Some staff members are not well trained and when we requested a BLT he asked, “what is that?” Suggest finding a different deli if you are looking for a good sandwich.

Great staff, good service, nice variety. Definitely A neat little shop. They stay very busy with lines to the door at lunchtime, serving hundreds of customers a day. You can get a Starbucks coffee, Krispy Kreme donut, hot pizza by the slice, fresh made salad, sandwich, wrap, fries and more. Check it out!

One star because it may look really nice and inviting but the pre-made breakfast sandwich was burnt to a crisp and still wrapped and served up. Then the "starbucks" inside the shop has unqualified employees that can't get a simple cream and sugar right... The time before i was watching one of the bakers spray and LICK whipped cream off his gloves multiple times before helping a customer. I'm extremely disappointed in how the store is being run and hoping someone will make the changes necessary to fix this.

Terry at the deli counter is rude and when I told the manager, he not only did not apologize, he condoned it by saying she was from Philadelphia and "feisty".
