Clean shop! Friendly service :) Great hand dipped local icecream
I don’t know who made my açaí bowl this morning, but whoever did needs a raise. They put their entire heart and soul into my bowl. It had the perfect nutella and granola ratio, and I got the sunset bowel which doesn’t have blueberries, but there were a few hidden surprises in there. Ily💘

🍨 I took a short, hot bike ride for a smoothie bowl and ice cream shop that my cousin found a mile away. Ba Roos had a WONDERFUL selection of vegan smoothies, bowls, breakfast and coffee, and I had a pitaya bowl, almond milk latte, and vegan ice cream to go. The ice cream was rich, flavorful and pretty much perfect. Thanks cousin this was so good!!
The ice cream here is good and I like that they have a sugar free option. They also have various food items and coffee.
Friendly staff. Happy to have vegan icecream(as a dairyfree person). The Coffee Royal icecream is very good, creamy texture(almost like REAL icecream). 10/10 will go again.

Solid Açaí bowl, and Chai Tea Latte. There’s a large ice cream selection, vegan, Italian ice. Friendly staff will be back!
Hi Matt, my family has been staying in Bethany for over 10 years and we have come to Ba Roos as long as long as you’ve been open. We’ve always had good experiences until this evening. I asked for peanut butter topping on my ice cream and unfortunately it was a slab of peanut butter on top of the ice cream. It didn’t taste great. I brought it back to the counter and asked for another ice. Unfortunately, the girl that handled my order was extremely rude. She took reluctantly took back the ice and gave me a new one and charged me for the new one. I asked for my money back because I didn’t agree with the policy of paying twice for a product that was unsatisfactory. In speaking with the employee in charge she tried to handle the situation as best she could. Unfortunately, the other staff continued to discuss the situation while the rest of my family ate the ice cream. We all felt very uncomfortable. One employee was making faces and rolling her eyes and complaining for over 15 minutes. As a high school teacher, I know how difficult it can be for teenagers to hold down jobs and meet the expected demands of these positions. Because we have been coming there for a long time I know this is not the values you until in your employees and I hope this was an isolated incident.
I have been going to Ba Roos since it opened and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always smiling. Since the ice cream is so delcious there is usually a line and they still always are cheerful, kind, and work so diligently. I would definitely stop here for ice cream when you are in Bethany. Also the banana ice cream>>> is amazing☺️ Thanks Ba Roos for being amazing and treating my ice cream addiction.
Great little shop to get some ice cream! They have dozens of flavors and a friendly staff. My girl had this to say “Best sundae I’ve ever had”. Awesome ice cream spot for any vacationer.
Their ice cream is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I had a double dish of Apple Pie, Cookie Dough, Party Cake and Cotton Candy. Whether you are a home or condo resident in Sea Colony, or any Bethany Beach neighborhood, Fenwick Isand, Rehoboth Beach or even Ocean City, MD, I HIGHLY recommend this place for a nice date night for those men with a girlfriend.

A double scoop in a bowl is literally a pint of ice cream. The quality of ice cream is also top notch. Id even say better than the local dairy everyone loves here.
