Amazinggg - the baked goods, hot foods, coffee, & atmosphere! Such a cute spot with lots ample seating and friendly staff - wish I found it at the start to my time in Pagosa Springs but I’ll definitely be back!

Visiting from FL. What an awesome breakfast place! Food and coffee were both amazing! I got the smothered breakfast burrito and I’ll be getting that again tomorrow as well before we head to the slopes. Everyone working there was super friendly as well. Highly recommend! :)
Such a cute place with nice people. One young lady got out an iPad to try to help me find any information on the pass opening after another diner told us it was closed because of an avalanche. Very clean with a surprising amount of seating but with the opportunity to get to know some folks at a community table or two. We had lattes, a breakfast sandwich and a quiche which were all delightful. The quiche was better than my grandma’s and that is the truest compliment, and the highest, I could ever give. The coffee was so good we went back again an hour later when we rolled back through town after finding out they were avalanche blasting and the pass might not open for 2 days! We decided to head down through NM, taking the one way out of Pagosa that did not have a pass that was shut, so we stopped back by to get a cup for the road and let them know to pass on to other travelers. We walked up steps and I did not notice ramps so I’m not sure if it’s accessible or not. Sorry, it was rain-snowing and blowing and we were rushing… If we are ever up that way again, we will definitely stop by again! Thank you all at the Pagosa Baking Co! Wonderful job!!

They are the best Bakers in town. Coffee is good to!! I love thier cinnamon rolls and pies, Bacon and Egg Burritos to.. So Glad we have them here!!

I so wish this place was open seven days a week. An amazing local coffee shop and bakery that offers an amazing selection of treats. I probably get the carrot cake muffin every time it is available. Really friendly staff. And I would say relatively quick if you’re ordering hot food. I love they have the self serve drip coffee available.
Love this place! My wife and I got the red pepper, green chile and cheddar quiche, a blueberry muffin and a couple lattes. So good! Thanks friends.
Super cute place. Very nice worker. I had Cranberry Chocolate Muffin (sooooo good), my husband had a burrito. Coffee was very good.
Love their egg salad sandwich and quinoa salad! Their breakfast burritos are great too!
We've been coming here for over a decade every time we are in town. So yummy & a huge variety. Always hits the spot!
Excellent pastries and coffee. The spicy Chai was especially notable. We are picky Chai people and it was very delicious. The rest of the items and baked goods looked amazing. Excited to try more of this bakery.
It’s okay is not my favorite food but I like the WiFi
I usually get a spiced chai and some flavor muffin and have never been disappointed.
