Passing thru Pagosa, I would highly recommend this place for breakfast. The breakfast burrito was delicious with sausage (tasted like the butcher shop distro) and home made green chile. Try the coffee as well, which is a special blend they have made from a local distributor, and is delicious black. I took home a bag, :). Add a homemade pecan roll to top off the coffee. Delicious. Hope this helps ya’ll.

Best overall experience! I travel a lot for fishing trips, which leads me to a number of mountain towns near rivers and lakes. This place is hands down one of the best overall breakfast experiences I have had, ever. The staff is warm/welcoming when you walk in, they immediately approached with a warm smile upon your being seated and brought you a menu and asked if they could start you with anything. They have just the right amount of options: variety, quality, but not overwhelming. The food came out pretty quickly, too, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was, like everything else, fantastic. Great ingredients and pancakes as an INCLUDED side option with corn beef and hash (often an up charge at places). The pancakes were delicious, by the way—perfectly fluffy and not overly sweet, but a hint of sweet. Add syrup and butter as desired. Overall, a fantastic experience. Oh, and the latte was great with numerous non-dairy milk options. I’m not much for lattes, but the white chocolate raspberry was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was pretty good here. Would definitely go back. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the waitress forgot constantly to bring condiments we requests.

Stopped on my way out of Pagosa and I’m SO happy I went here before I left. Might seem hard to be true in a small town like pagosa. I had THE BEST omlette I’ve ever had!! The Gouda omlette was absolutely amazing! Large chunks of veggies and Turkey sausage in every bite. Their homemade jelly was amazing! Then I had a single pancake with blueberries. I wish I stopped here earlier in my trip!

Super quick service for breakfast on a Saturday. The eggs Benedict were delicious and they even substituted gluten free bread. The waitress was very pleasant. Will definitely return.

WOW! Such an amazing little place! My family completely loved the food and the atmosphere. I don't know, but I think our server was one of the owners, because she commented to another table that she normally does all the baking, but that her son had baked everything that particular day. I think her name is Betsy, but I'm not sure if that is correct. She was so nice and attended to us like we were her only table. I can't wait to go back for breakfast again. One of the best breakfasts I've had in years.

If you enjoy breakfast, you want to come here. Everything is scratch-made and excellent. We had a large party of 8 and came in on a Tuesday after Christmas. We got there around 10am and there was a 45 min wait, but we knew it was worth it, as it was our 2nd time here. We ordered a breakfast burrito with veggie chili, 2 orders of corned beef hash (SO good if you love CBH - it’s scratch made), pancakes and an egg breakfast w/ turkey sausage. We also got lattes, hot chocolate and a chai tea. Which were also good. Once we were seated and ordered, our food arrived really fast. The staff is very friendly as well. Go. Wait if you have to. You won’t be disappointed!
