Finally a great downtown bar! San Juan Brews has a welcoming atmosphere, and I like the fact that you can choose either coffee or beer, depending on your mood (and AA status). Some people use it for meetings, but it's also a great place to just hang out. And the large beer menu gives you plenty of choice!
This is my go-to place for coffee whenever I'm in town to visit my family. I love the drinks, the food and the atmosphere.
I love love the owners, they're amazing people and the woman who owns it actually let me know all about the history of the place. Would highly recommend them for their vibe alone but their drinks and food would catch you too!!

It's the "go-to" place for meet ups of all sizes. The owner is awesome and it reflects down into his staff. They always have amazing coffee and cocktails. The ambience is also just stellar.

Favorite coffee place and love all the different drink options. It's not just a coffee place but a brewery and in house specialty drinks! Kid and family friendly and all the staff is so kind! It's our favorite coffee and smoothie place for me and my kids! Definitely a wonderful place to visit!
Absolutely the best coffee in town!! They have the biggest beer selection around and delicious house made cocktails. The staff and owners are top-notch! A very welcoming, friendly and comfortable place to relax and visit.
Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff, lots of menu options, and the BEST COFFEE AND DRINKS IN TOWN!!!! I can't imagine going anywhere else now that I have been here. I wish I could say everything I could but it would be a novel about how great this place is. The best part is how involved they are with the community!!!!
Recently needed somewhere to work remotely for the day in Montrose, and San Juan Brews was the perfect spot! Plenty of spread out seating, never too loud, and reliable wifi. Our teas, pretzel bites, and salads were all enjoyed during our all-day stay.
Hands-down, the best coffee shop in the area, John Davina, and their crew are top notch.
Always predictable and always good. SJB has an impressive selection of in-house brews that'll please any hop & barley palate. The food is exactly what you'd expect with a brew-house. With the absence of other choices for a moderately priced meal nearby, this makes SJB a tourist and locals favorite year round. The visual of the brew makers and their stainless steel laboratory makes for a wonderful accompaniment to the sports oriented tv's strategically placed throughout. Outdoor seating, cul-de-sac setting, makes it a safe place to release the kiddos onto the lawn area to burn off energy. Czech Pilsner to Robust Dark pints await... cheers!!

Great place to visit for both amazing coffee and great beer. Small enough to be cozy, but large enough to go with some friends. The staff are warm and welcoming, I highly recommend a stop if you are in Montrose.

A great place to go, when you some on the mind. You are greeted by the kind and smiling staff, (they can guide you on the beers, if need be) then sit down and mingle. Nicely decorated, it a place. -Dennis
Delicious coffee and muffins! The environment was cozy and they had good wifi. I went back later for a beer and was happy with the selection. Friendly and fast with average prices.

Good place to work for a couple hours before a flight. Lots of seating options from tables to sofa, outlets, wifi and my decaf latte was great.
