Well I was excited to see a place using Huckleberry Roasters way out here. Unfortunately they miss the mark by a ways. Espresso tasted under extracted and acidic(I'm assuming due to the lack of proper Puck prep from what I saw) and whatever oat milk they use was curdling with the coffee. Some serious quality control issues that need to be addressed. I make more balanced shots on a 20yr old rancilio silvia.. Fwiw I live in Denver and Huckleberry is my regular local coffee roaster so I know what it's supposed to taste like - this ain't it folks.
This is a wonderful place to relax with a good knosh, strong coffee or tea and get lovely beeswax candles. Friendly informed staff and an inviting family friendly atmosphere... I highly recommend it as a place to breakfast/brunch/lunch alone or with companions
Best coffee in Montrose and great food too. Comfy and pleasant location to hang out or do work!
Love this place. friendly staff, delicious beverages and food! Only recommend they carry almond milk. Oat and coconut are great alternatives they have tho.

Great breakfast sandwich and avocado toast. The atmosphere is great and prices are reasonable. Cool view behind the scenes of the candle business as well.

Breath of fresh air. Need to change their menu up though to keep local vegetarians coming back. Staff is great!

Loved my avocado toast and the spicy chai was delicious. The whole place smells nice, like the candles they sell and the staff was really kind and accommodating.

My spicy Chai latte was delicious and my bacon breakfast sandwich was scrumptious 😋 the brioche bun made my day. The team was very polite and welcoming. I'll definitely be back. A very relaxing visit 😌
Cute little coffee shop, yummy gluten free options, and handmade candles and wares. Staff is super friendly. Highly recommend.
Amazing and beautiful! We found Bluecorn on Yelp; a hidden treat passing through Montrose looking for a healthy late lunch. We had the Bahn Mi, the power salad and a kids grilled cheese. Everything was fresh, wonderfully seasoned and dressed and healthy! We even bought some tea and smelled the candles. The people at the counter were all courteous and kind even though we came about 30 minutes before they were set to close. It’s nice to see healthy, conscientious food available in small towns. Bluecorn will be a regular stop for us whenever we come through. Thank you!

Great place to watch beeswax candles being made. Rustic interior, wonderful place to have coffee or lunch. Also a little shop with wonderful soaps and candles.
