Great freaindly service, never had an issue here, can get packed at times, but never moves to slow, amazing coffee and smoothies, and other items.
While visiting Fort Collins I had the opportunity to try this place…..delicious coffee, friendly service ad I love the covered espresso bean on top as a treat! Yummy
We love our fresh, roasted, and convenient coffee! This place has friendly service and is really popular. Be prepared for a 10-20 minute wait. The staff works hard to keep things moving. Yummy espresso beans ftw

WOW! I love this place. I thought I'd try it one day for a matcha and they have me hooked. Everyone is so unbelievably kind that I have been noting it and bringing back to my own work to teach good customer service. The girl with the really pretty star earrings is extraordinary! Their lavender matcha is incredible! I go fully out of my way to make sure that I can stop by at some point in the day and it is always more than worth it. They are the best!!

Went with my boyfriend and the staff was super friendly and fast! We're originally from Florida and we decided to go her for something quick, I totally recommend.
The young adults working were extremely friendly on a busy day! They made my drink fast, and it was perfectly made and made sure I got my straw too. Love it!

Employee talking and sharing phone numbers while customers wait. I left and won't be back to this location. Neither will my friends. Dazbog just south and around the corner on Cherry st has much better service and decent coffee too.

Staff is ALWAYS so friendly. Service is always prompt. I just wish the drink prices were consistent between the two stores. If I order a drink with little ice or a milk substitute, I should pay the same price at each store.
Very friendly staff, even came out to the car to take our order when things were backed up. It is drive-thru only, which worked for us. Would definitely return!

I lovee this place, great coffee, service, and experience. My ONLY complaint is none of the Human Beans in FoCo have started up use of a delivery service in this day and age. This mamma NEEDS the ability to get some human bean delivered on busy days that I don't have the car TmT please I'm begging you, if I have to order starbucks one more time my insides may explode. lol TmT
