Usually one of my favorite spots. But specifically this location… I avoid. They do not pay attention to your order, and by the time you get your drink, you feel too bad, and the line is too long to have them correct it. Will not be coming back.
Stopped and got our normal order for me and my daughter's about a week or 2 ago. Normal busy day for DB. We got to the window and they had an extra iced Golden Eagle Chai and asked if we wanted it too. Ok, I'll try it. My daughter and I finished 2/3rds of it before we got home less than 2 miles away. It is now our new favorite. Thank you Dutch Bros for the extra. Once I find a go-to I don't venture from it often. So now I have 2 DB faves! Everyone is always happy at DB, no matter how long the line. Never had a bad experience.
This coffee shop is really great, but today they decided to fill up my cup half ! That is unbelievable! Last time they filled up but today they didn’t. I didn’t say anything because I was in a hurry

I absolutely love this place, it's my coffee spot of choice every time I visit Ft. Collins. The staff is always super friendly, and the selection is crazy if ya ask the right questions...the Golden eagle is a staple, but ive recently discovered the German chocolate cake (best as a breve in my opinion) and the Captain Crunch (I prefer it as a latte) and they have so many other intriguing options. Highly recommended

I was out this morning at 5am, ordered a drink and the girl that took my order showed me from a distance her iPad, she said “no pressure, would you like to add a tip?” I said no, that’s fine, but she decided to tip herself anyway. I saw it once I got a notification from Apple saying how much I spent and it was more than what the drink cost. Just don’t go there, tipping yourself when the customer says no is stealing no matter how you put it.
