I always have a great experience at this location. I keep it simple and go with cold brew. Love their coffee and the barista is so nice. Really enjoy getting here early and having some quiet to read vs other Lima’s locations can get hectic pretty soon after opening. They are busy for a reason and have good coffee. Personally I love making my own espresso at home with their 11:11 blend
My coffee tasted like syrup. There was an inch of syrup in the bottom of my coffee and I couldn't even stand drinking it. The lady that took our order was rude and snappy. And my cup was cheap and leaky. Wouldn't recommend this place anymore. I have had coffee here a couple times in the past though and it was really good, so not sure what has happened!
They really exceeded your expectations
Lime seems like the perfect Coffee place for teens and young adults shopping the mall because it's sweet and not very strong. Coffee is too weak for my taste. I like something a bit more strong. I got the iced latte half sweet because I could tell it was going to be too sweet. I also got the cappuccino and it felt like it was mostly foam, I could barely taste the coffee. But the coffee itself that I could taste was fresh and smooth. If you like strong coffee like I do, get an extra shot in your latte.
This place was so cute! I had to grab something. I loved the Lavender Matcha Lemonade.
It was an okay coffee, okay people. Definitely a 2 overall.
I’m a huge coffee enthusiast and I will say I liked the aesthetics of this location. Great place to invite a group of friends or work colleagues as the area is open and inviting. But I’m not really an advocate of the quality of their coffee unfortunately. Even though they roast their own coffee off site, their coffee requires more bloom and I think they can work on the quality of their syrup varieties to better compliment their flavored lattes.
Their roasted coffee is great. I get it for my house. They have the largest selection of unique specialty drinks they change seasonally.
Absolutely love this place. The employees always take great care of you here. I’ve never had a bad experience, including the time they accidentally dropped my mini waffle on the floor. They immediately told me what happened and that they were making me a new one. They also gave me a free drink card, because of the wait even though I insisted I had nothing to do that day and It was totally fine. If I could rate you 100 stars I would.
I love Lima and highly recommend to anyone looking for a cute local coffee shop! They have great coffee, food and service! The baristas are so kind, engaging, and considerate. The atmosphere is beautiful and they are always playing great music. I am thankful for this sweet, happy spot in the middle of Old Town Fort Collins!

I went looking for a good coffee shop, and found myself in a mall. Go figure. The coffee I had there was excellent, and they had a large selection of their own freshly roasted coffees. I bought a bag and I'm assuming it will be as good as it sounds. (If for some reason it's not I will update this review.) In all, this was an unexpectedly great experience.
The best little coffee shop in town. The muffins are fresh and delicious. The coffee is hot, smooth, and to-die-for delicious. Staff was outstanding, quick, and very attentive. Conveniently located in the mall. Will definitely be back! A+

Oh my gosh, probably some of the best coffee I've had. It was our first coffee try of Fort Collins too. My husband and I can be snobby about coffee, we are just so picky. But this place KNOOOOWS what they are doing, whether you want it sweet or black, or half and half of whatever your taste buds feel like, this place is the key to unlocking your happy taste buds 100%. The atmosphere was perfect, the staff were so friendly, it was very clean, plenty of plugs for laptops and phones (I had a work project), great seating, and had some good items for sale that I'm totally going back to purchase, along with lots of coffee. But really, the coffee was fabulous, definitely give it a shot.

I’ve been here more times than I can count and everything has been fantastic! If you are deathly allergic to peanuts, like me, the white chocolate macadamia nut latte might scare you a little and send you into fight or flight. Don’t worry, there aren’t any in it but it does taste almost identical to peanuts. Other than that, amazing coffee and decor at your Old Town location!
Coffee is amazing. Good is great. Service is exceptional. Why 3 stars? Because you CANNOT honestly call yourself a coffee shop and open at 9. Perhaps a “second” coffee shop though. - EDIT: I'm a dork. A complete dork. Reviewed the mall location not the old town location; revising to 5 stars and taking a break from reviewing. May the google review gods forgive me.
I have become totally obsessed with Lima recently! Their coffee is fantastic, the decor and ambience is UNBEATABLE, the staff is so friendly, and the owners are super kind and thoughtful. So glad to have a coffee shop that is trendy & still feels like a community! <3
