Cute little spot. The dragon latte was fire 🔥. The spice was so nice and woke me up. Definitely will go try again.
They always make my latte look all fancy and I feel bad putting a lid on it. They're always so nice even (especially?) When slammed.

Absolutely love Butterfly! This has been a weekly stop for our household since I first discovered it 4 years ago. You can never go wrong here. The sandwiches are amazing—the focaccia bread is SO good, and if you’re gluten intolerant like me they also use good gluten free bread. My go-to is the lunchbox! It’s a sandwich, cookie (today was a fresh baked oatmeal raisin), a bag of Boulder chips, and your choice of drink—I suggest the hibiscus refresher. They also make great breakfast, awesome coffee, and refreshing and nourishing smoothies! This is hands down one of the best little spots in Fort Collins. Bonus?! The tomato soup. Best. In. Town.
Butterfly’s egg sandwich is the best egg sandwich. Period. In the world. Best ever.
Absolutely amazing. The people here seem cool, but the coffee and food I had were incredible. The Dragon late and Hummus pesto toast were phenomenal. Hope to keep this in my regular rotation.

Their white chocolate toffee cookies are some of the best cookies I've ever had at a bakery. Staff is incredible also!

I appreciate the service it is always consistent. The temperature is never hot enough and I don’t taste any chocolate or caramel in this drink. Hate to say it but that’s probably my last time in.
Great cafe in the heart of old town. They offer a great range of Vegan, vegetarian, and dietary restricted options. Coffees are on point, they definitely use a quality espresso. Easy to access Wi-Fi if your on the clock. Staff is always wonderful and friendly. Will continue come here on a regular basis.
My favorite place in town!! Amazing food, smoothies, and baked goods. Super cute shop patio seating outdoors, good vibes.
Best sandwiches I’ve ever had !! Shared two of the vegetarian sandwiches and not sure which was better both equally amazing. Wish I could eat here everyday.
If you're not vegan this might not sit with you well. Sorry just wasn't for me. Blueberry scone was good.
I absolutely love this little place! I love that everything is made in house and fresh. The Turkey avocado sandwich is my absolute favorite and if you like spicy Chai you have to try the butterfly Chai!
Awesome place to grab breakfast, lunch, coffee, or a pastry. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food. I’ve never had a bad experience at the Butterfly Cafe. The food and staff are extremely consistent and everything is handmade. Honestly the best eatery in Fort Collins in my opinion, I’m terms of quality, consistency, and service. Come and you WILL NOT be disappointed.
