Starting with the Tea Au Lait, then the REAL Cajun-style BBQ shrimp, Then the Burger, THEN the Ahi Poke Bowl, and finally finishing with the chocolate chip cake with cheesecake frosting/ Macchiato…I thought I was dreaming. Staff went above and beyond at every turn. This place is a MUST STOP on your way through Cañon City.

Absolutely love mugs. They make amazing food for the most part. Their breakfast food is the only thing that keeps me from giving them a 5 star. But if you want amazing lunch or dinner they will not disappoint!

The food was good. Just the customer services. How can u forget a forks or spoon to give to ur customers. And have to get up to ask for it or grab it yourself

Normally really good. Not that day. Soggy onion rings, waaaay under cooked patty melt, the bread wasn't even toasty. I did try to eat it but had to stop.

Our first night in town and we were beat from the drive in from Salina, KS, The server was great in suggesting places to see during our visit to Colorado. The cheese burgers were right on the money as well! Thanks for the friendly "Welcome to CO"!

Was in town for the Royal Gorge train and Mugs had good reviews and for good reason! Loved it so much we went 3 times during our mini stay in town for breakfast twice and lunch. Great small town diner feel, staff was great ( I wish I got names but the girl with long black wavy hair was awesome!), and food was amazing. Cinnamon roll pankakes…. Need I say more! I still think about those, so good. And the tiger stripe coffee and double mocha frappe, no need for Starbucks! Will come back when we visit again ;)

Came in shortly after 6pm for a post hike meal, our order was taken quickly, but it took over 45 mins (maybe closer to an hour) to get our food. The veggie burger was kinda crunchy and bland and the side of fruit that costs $1.50 extra consisted of 5 grapes and unripe melon. My husband's ciabatta burger was extremely greasy and the onion rings (also $1.50 extra) were very meh. The drinks we ordered were pretty good. However, considering how long it took to get our food, we could've gone home to Colorado Springs and had dinner at home. Never again, even if our usual spot is closed. It's cheaper and less annoying to just go home.

I just went for a few drinks and appetizers. I got the chips and guacamole and expected to have the kind of guac you get from the store. I was super surprised when it tasted fresh and tasty. The drinks were moderately priced and had some mixed drinks that were very tasty. I will definitely be back.
