Usually I like their drinks, but today I got a hazelnut latte that was just horrible. Not sure what they did, but it was nothing like it usually tastes. Frustrating that there’s inconsistency. It was too hot to drink when I first got it so I couldn’t bring up a complaint in the store
Ordered the blended matcha regular and vanilla bean cold brew, and they are delicious! Super friendly staff

I used to love this location but one female barista (Claudia) is the worst - her drinks aren't good, she is rude to most people and the mask police (not realizing people are adults and walking 5 steps to throw something away isn't a hazard well after masks were optional). I have never had or seen a positive customer experience with her. Several regular customers feel the same way and when she's around, it's not a pleasant experience. How she's a so called manager blows my mind...
My Vietnamese coffee was delicious. And my wife's mango cold brew tea was awesome as well. Friendly service too.
I like the ambience there. But I ordered for decaf and received a normal coffee with caffeine. It was a bad experience for me. Maybe the orders should be taken more carefully.
Good cafe, friendly customer service, the inside and outside patio are clean and being revise every 30 minutes..

Horrible service. I asked for hazelnut latte. Batista did not ask me hot or cold. I asked for hot. They made a cold one , did not taste like hazelnut at all, tasted too strong. Jairo forgot to make our other two drinks . They have ant coming out of trash can. I'm sorry im.just so disappointed at thislocation. .
I’ve been coming here for years! I love the location of this coffee shop. It’s easy access to lots of areas. The shop is always clean and the staff are extremely friendly. Prices are right and they have a meeting room. If you’re looking for some where to sit outside with a friend, meet at night, a quiet place to study, or grab a coffee check it out.
I usually went to Coffee Bean for the free wifi but I can say that the staff is friendly.
A little funky location but a great place to study and enjoy your coffee for an hour. Quality and service is as your would expect - pretty decent!
