OMG! The reason we risked life and limb to travel up to Truckee hours before the storm of the century hit and dumped 6+ ft of snow! What you have to go for ... The cinnamon rolls made with croissant dough and the Carrot Cake Whoopie Pies! The background of the owner makes this a great local woman owned business to celebrate!

Food is alright, coffee is pretty good, but this place has the slowest kitchen in Truckee. Go ahead and order and extra coffee and maybe a snack, because of you ordered any food, it's a 20 minute wait. If there's a crowd in the building, expect about an hour wait on food. I kick myself every time I come back here and thoroughly regret ordering food when I'm sitting there 20 minutes later still waiting for a bagel.

It seemed right to get the cherry croissant from Wild Cherries Coffee House and it was delicious, every bite! Everything looked yummy. The gf chocolate walnut cookie was tasty and we enjoyed hot chocolate and a mocha. More than the food, this place has a very sweet ambiance, some lovely cards, swag, and really nice people.

This place was great for breakfast. They had so many options for breakfast sandwiches, including options for a sensitive stomach and the coffee was great. The workers were so friendly, it really was a nice start to my morning. Thank you!

Had to be the worst chai tea I've ever gotten. It tastes like artificial chai syrup flavoring or something. Also suuuper up tight place, no chill.

Great place in Truckee for breakfast and lunch. Food is great, staff is friendly. It's a popular place and can get busy but service is quick.

Great baked goods and coffee but yikes at the mural in the bathroom really kills the entire vibe. If you represented an entire culture in a terrible way, you might want to paint over that before it’s too late.

Friendly staff. A little variety would be nice. Too many food items with blueberries. How about raspberry or lemon scones?

First time visit. Popular spot. Quality was good, however seemed to be having an "off" day. Breakfast sandwich missing ingredients, had to remind that our order included a cinnamon roll and a second beverage.

House coffee, dark roast, is perfect for me. The pain au chocolat (explicitly called chocolate croissants) are rich and on point. Must try.

This place was recommended to me by a friend, but my partner and I both had a pretty meh experience. His simple breakfast sandwich took at least 10 mins to make. I was being indecisive about what I wanted so I ordered after him. I got a breakfast wrap and asked for spinach, cheese, egg, and sausage. They charge at least $1.50 for each of those. The friendly cashier recommended adding potatoes and I said sure. Then we proceeded to wait 20 mins for the sandwich. I asked for a status update and when she checked she said it had just been made. I thought that was weird since a bunch of ppl who ordered after us got their orders before us. So I open the $11 wrap and find a small sandwich without the $2 sausage. It had taken so long to get this made that I didn't want to bother getting it fixed. I was super disappointed. If it hadn't taken so long or if they had remembered the sausage I would have rated it 3 stars. But the sandwich also was stuck to the paper they wrapped it in. I won't be coming back and won't be recommending this place to anyone else. Bummer because they were friendly. TDLR: I could have microwaved a much better breakfast sandwich in a fraction of the time and at a fraction of the price.
