Good selection and fresh produce and wonderful employees. delicious prepared vegan Foods at the deli (the ladies behind the counter also warmed the food for us). I found Solvang restaurant scene exceptionally not vegan-friendly, but New Frontiers saved our day:) thank you
I used to really like this place. But when that whole area got "upgraded" (read: more unnecessary renovations by developers to make all of the Santa Ynez/Solvang area feel more like L.A.), this is one of the spots that got downgraded to me.
This is the only place that takes EBT for their great food.

Excellent place to shop while camping at Cachuma Lake. There are tables outside where you can sit and enjoy a fresh snack or lunch and good coffee. Solvang is just a few minutes away.
This is a wonderful market. They always try to accommodate your shopping preferences. I love the soups and cornbread for lunch. The deli has lots of wonderful items; I shop there almost daily. If you have a problem with something they have prepared, they always do their best to make it right.
Wow! Wished I had found this place sooner. It is probably the best natural marketplace, supplement and health food store I have ever found throughout the country. I had to grab what I could in a half an hour before they closed but will be back. Their prices are great for the high quality items they have and the variety is unprecedented. One of Solvang's greatest landmarks for those who care about their health and the health of their four-legged family members.
We have been on the road traveling for a few years. Our passion is cooking, and hitting butcher shops and grocery stores around the country has been a real treat. This place wins the prize! I went straight to the butcher counter and got the warmest welcome, some of the best meat, and it had shockingly low prices, especially in California. Jose behind the counter needs to be signed to a lifetime contract, he is the man! I had the opportunity to share a few comments with one of the managers, Gina, who clearly knows how to run a grocery store and defines the art of customer service, she cares! The staff certainly echoes and reflects that mission by delivering great groceries with a wonderful experience.
I really appreciate New Frontiers. They have just enough of everything and not too much of anything. Good quality and reasonable prices. A place that can take care of the situation.
Lady didn't put the all items I marked for the sandwich. She didn't change her gloves. Disappointed.

Good products. What is lacking is a positive and polite attitude from most of the staff. The younger people they have hired won’t even say hello, give a smile or simply act polite. The management truly need to work on that or start hiring the right people for the job.
Dont miss this place. TONS of selection on take out food and drinks. Id go back here. we were here during Aliso fire
I've been going this place since I was 6 years old possibly 7, I missed when they had the avocado delight where the hell did it go why did you guys take that away you guys aren't my favorite anymore but I still like your store you should team up with Trader Joe's and be more like Trader's Joe's. Thank you for allowing EBT and any other welfare funded Currency for the store it will help the world go round.

A nice place to find a large variety of healthy food items. They offer fresh fruits, berries and vegetables, a wide range of canned, bottled and packaged goods, fresh meat counter, bakery with delicious treats and a deli where you can order a freshly made sandwich. They offer an area to sit and eat in as well. Great store to shop in👍👍👍👍
Good Turkey Galore sandwich... Beautiful strawberry cupcakes... Amazing plum-almond cake... The sandwich saved us in between wine tastings... And the almond-plum cake pairs unexpectedly well with sauv blanc and pinot noir at Dierberg winery...👍👍🍷🍰
Beautiful produce, fantastic deli and knowledgeable & friendly staff. The new larger location has a wide range of wellness and healthy living selections that are sure to fulfill most people’s health needs. Overall, my family is very happy with New Frontiers.
