Cute little place with good coffee!
The Platonic ideal of a coffee shop. In other words, perfection.
We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and had a cold brew and an iced chai. The chai had barely any flavor, just a milky sweetness with a whisper of some forgotten spice? Anyway, service was friendly and efficient. The sauce was clean and cute.

This is the best coffee shop in Solvang! The barista gave us a lot of tips on where to hang out in Solvang, breweries to stop by nearby, and he had a great sense of humor as well! My iced latte with their housemade dark chocolate ganache syrup was fantastic. Another staff member offered us free cartons of eggs because they were overstocked, but we were on the drive back to Norcal so we had to decline. Next time, we'll take them up on extra groceries!
It's hard to express in words the anticipation and pleasure of visiting a city you've never been to. If you visit such a charming place and taste much more delicious coffee & beer than you think and go sightseeing, it will also be very enjoyable. As I said, most of the cafes they do at Roaster have a good taste of coffee. As soon as I entered this place, I immediately thought that the coffee would taste good. Because the coffee bean type had a grinder and the espresso machine also had a very good machine. The customer service of the barista was good and the interior decoration is very simple and stylish. The cup was also using a good quality cup and the design of the furniture was very good. I drank Medium roasted coffee on Brazil and Guatemalan blended coffee beans with excellent acidity. La marzocco Strada + Malconig EK43 and others I highly recommend this place !!!!

The best chai latte I’ve ever had. The hot chocolate was weak. The cinnamon roll was excellent though a bit too sweet to my taste. Just get the chai and you’ll be happy.

My favorite coffee shop. The coffee beans are perfectly roasted. Clean and smooth taste with no bitterness. All the employees are friendly. Service is fast even on a busy day. The decor is wonderful and cozy. A must for any tourist or local!
Went here a little over a year ago and the coffee was AMAZING. The people there were very nice and I would recommend anyone in Solvang to give it a try.

Espresso for espresso drinkers in a town of this size was a really nice surprise. Kind staff, delicious snacks, and a room with a great vibe. Definitely going on our road trip map.
This is a must stop place for coffee! I love it. Normally I get vanilla latte but I thought I would try something new & got a Super Food Latte, the Blue Moon Milk. HOLY SMOKES BATMAN!! Absolutely Divine 😋!! I wish I lived closer, so I could stop by on a regular basis, but I do get to enjoy it once a year for Yule. Thank You.

Don't miss a good coffee here! Recommended for coffee enthusiasts and also anyone who wants to try something new at their original coffee take. If you love a grab and go coffee while you're taking a nice stroll around the Solvamg town, take a stop at this place. It's equally good to sit and have a calming cup while you're working on something
