Friendly staff. Also, the Starbucks is not as loud as the other stores.
This Starbucks is horrible all they do is talk and mess people’s orders up.

Didn't have the ingredients to make the advertised drinks and the drinks made tasted slightly off from the ones made at a full Starbucks location.

This book store is super nice...clean..nice service. .BUT stay away from the Starbucks inside of the store, rude,slow and oh yeah,rude. Sad how uneducated people just have to be rude.

Got a grand mocha latte. It looked so good i knew the taste would be great and i was right. The staff is great and attentive. The place is clean and i loved the setting. The only complaint i have is that they could be a little faster.
Bad customer service.
