Great coffee place
The baristas at this location are awesome!!
Sometimes a little crowded, but it's still my favorite coffee spot in the area.
Extremely slow. 1 person making drinks. 15 people waiting.
Nice location! Large patio but certainly not enough tables. We watched many people search for an outdoor space and leave because not enough seating outside.
Was looking for a lighter roast coffee however was advised after 8:00am only dark roast coffee is served -:). Requested syrup to be added to my coffee and was advised “ran out of syrup “. Coffee Bean shop with no light coffee and no syrup in stock? Disappointing !
Our first time there and we really enjoyed it.
The drinks and lattes are really good the prices are reasonable and their “take home” items are really tasty and well priced. Really like the vanilla late powder and the wellness tea blend. I have purchased these on several occasions.
Coffee Bean is one of my favorite coffee shops in the area, especially the one on El Paseo. The staff is always friendly, and I love the vibe. This is my main breakfast place whenever I'm in town.
I love The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. I almost always order an iced large caramel oat milk latte with extra caramel sauce. Smooth and strong just as I like it. Much stronger than Starbucks. This location provided great service. Their egg, cheese, and ham brioche is great too!
Stopped here every morning for coffee and people watching. Both were great. The endless parade of dogs was even better. I've never met a Tibetan Mastiff before, but love the breed now. Gentle giants.
Very pleasant staff and quick service. Unfortunately no drivethru at this location but still a nice location to visit. Stop by and take a load off.

Great coffee shop
I must start off by saying, I drink coffee bean almost daily so I have been here quite a few times! (I go to many different coffee bean shops as well) For the most part, I get really great service! They have actually taken our order right as they're closing twice now! (Very sweet of them) I took away a star because we have had one instance where we have had rude service by a young man who is no longer there and have had to take my drink back a couple of times because it tasted watered down, but 4 stars for all of the great service and well made drinks!

I have such good customer service experiences here each time I visit. I'm obsessed with their iced sugar-free chai tea latte. If I need that extra kick, I'll occasionally add an espresso shot or 2 to it to make it a "dirty chai." Sweet & refreshing, it's hard not to drink it too quickly!
