Very friendly staff. Guided through ordering process. I Got the Medium Tesora Cold Brew with light cream and sugar for $6.15. Philz coffee is always delicious, it’s just more expensive than other spots. Because of their popularity and bc they prepare each cup drip, you’ll wait longer too.
Not a very cozy setup at this location, but coffee is good as always
I usually dine in the cafes when I want to work on my laptop and based on where I am geographically, I choose the best places. And if there is a Philz cafe around, it’s definitely my choice. My every-time choice is iced mint mojito with its creamy and smooth sweetness.
Took about 12 mins for a cold brew. They forgot about it until I asked. Taste good tho.
This Philz is my local, and I love it. I recommend getting the Philtered Soul (Philharmonic also excellent!).
Never come on a saturday morning. The team lies to say they are making your coffee when you check in 3 times, and then claim they "lost your ticket". Took 30 mins to get a coffee. Ridiculous. And since you have to tip before you get your coffee, makes this whole thing even more annoying.

I waited 10 minutes to order and another 17 minutes for 2 cups of coffee. I love Philz, but this one is the worst. Staff isn’t polite.

I’m generally a Philz enthusiast but this location has made inconsistent tasting drinks on a number of occasions (the ratio of ingredients used is off, I’d probably go to a different location in the future)
The tea is pretty disappointing and very expensive, but I knew I shouldn’t have expected much from a coffee joint. Nice atmosphere and lovely employees, though!
Starbucks is better, coffee tastes different at different locations
Really nice staff! I generally order through the app and they're pretty quick and friendly to help. However, they seem to sell out of baked goods often, so keep that in mind.
I’ve been coming to this Philz for nearly a year now. The coffee is good and the staff have been pleasant during each interaction I‘ve had with them. Yesterday, I was wearing a Stanford jacket while ordering, and therefore I received a free upgrade from a small to a medium-more Tantalizing Turkish to go around! Turns out, they have a deal this weekend where Stanford students get a free size upgrade. I’ll definitely be going back soon.

Wonderful place to enjoy a cup of Joe. Sit outside and you can hear the trains go by. I like it.
Not sure what's the big deal about one cup at a time. I didn't find the hot Tesoro any special. Some chairs outside and a bench right next to Caltrain station made it easy to enjoy the coffee.
I absolutely love this particular Philz because it is a bit more quiet than Palo Alto location. Amazing staff!
